Sebastian took out his phone to answer the call. Jerome’s panicked voice came through. “President Lynch, an accident occurred at the project site in Londsville West. The government has sent some people over to investigate the matter. We won’t be allowed to progress with the construction anymore!”

“What happened?”

Sebastian’s expression grew cold, and his brows furrowed.

Jerome explained, “Someone fell from a tower crane while they were working. He died on impact right away. This issue had originally been dealt with. Money was paid, and the deceased’s family had agreed to keep it quiet, but the project was suddenly called to a halt today. Someone requested further investigation.”

Jerome was the only person who knew about these things.
