The waitress led Eugenia to another room, then moved to leave.

“Stop right there!” Eugenia yelled. Her expression had darkened significantly.

The waitress had a bad feeling about what was to come. However, she was obligated to ask, “Miss Cooper, is there anything else you need help with?”

“Were you laughing at me just now?” Eugenia inched closer to the waitress, glaring coldly at her.

The waitress was shocked. She hurriedly shook her head. “No, I wasn’t…”

However, she was slapped hard across the face before she could finish speaking.

“You dumb bitch. You’re nothing but a lowly waitress. How dare you laugh at me?” Eugenia slapped the waitress, venting her anger on the poor woman.

The waitress began to sob. She held her cheek and said, “Miss Cooper, I’m sorry. Please forgive me.”

“Do you realize what I can do to you? I can even make it so that you won’t be able to find any work in this city in your lifetime.” Eugenia sat on a chair, glaring at the waitress with disdain.

The lawlessness of the “rich” in this story is ridiculous. They get away with abusing the less fortunate too much. Why make such trash apart of the story?
