Chapter 1781 Insane

The next day, Benjamin brought Margot to the Inkling manor. As the car stopped at the entrance, another car approached from behind and collided with Benjamin's car. It resulted in a loud crash within the silent courtyard.

Margot was startled and turned to see Lance casually stepping out of the car behind them.

"Is he crazy?" Margot furrowed her brows.

Benjamin smirked. "He must be insane!"

The two of them got out of the car. Lance glanced at them and offered a sarcastic smile. "Sorry, Benjamin. My car's brakes failed."

Benjamin's gaze turned cold, yet his smile was devilish. "Then you shouldn't go home and go racing instead. You'd surely take the lead."

Lance cocked an eyebrow. "Really?"

Margot added, "Of course. Anyone would have trouble catching up with a dead person."

Benjamin and Margot exchanged glances and shared a smile. They ignored the angry Lance as they walked into the manor.
