Natasha's expression froze, and she immediately shook her head. "No."

Tamara seemed to have seen right through her. She smirked and didn't say anything further.

Natasha stood up abruptly. "Margot, you don't need to arrange transport for me. My driver is waiting outside."

Margot turned to her. "Really?"

Natasha nodded. "Yes, I'll be on my way. Let's meet another day."

With that, she hurried out.

Margot couldn't help but frown at her departing figure. "What's going on? Why does it look like she's running away?"

Tamara patted her arm and warned, "Margot, you should keep your distance from her."

Margot tilted her head. "Did you figure something out?"

Tamara nodded. Her face was flushed, and her eyes seemed a bit dazed. But her words brought Margot back to her senses immediately. "Natasha likes you."

Margot widened her eyes in disbelief. "Are you serious? She likes me?"

How was that even possible? She had lived two lifetimes and had never encountered such a thing!
