Camilla began working at her desk after leaving the changing room.

"Camilla, I bought too much breakfast. Have you already eaten? Would you like to have some?" A familiar voice called out. It was Scott. He was Camilla's classmate, but he joined the research institute later than her.

Camilla politely declined, "I've already eaten, thank you."

A hint of disappointment flickered across Scott's eyes at the rejection. "No problem. Call me if you need anything."

"Okay," Camilla mumbled faintly.

Camilla was never good at socializing. She only became friends with Kylie because they both liked sweets.

Scott returned to his own workstation after that brief exchange.

A certain individual observed their interaction closely. Adjusting his glasses, he beckoned, "Come here for a moment, Camilla."

Upon hearing that voice, Camilla's body stiffened. She slowly got up and walked over.

Her colleagues observed them. "Mr. Moore really values Camilla, huh?"

"Camilla is good at her studies. Of cour
