"What the hell is happening here?" I spoke loudly to everyone.

"Please, Mrs. Del'torre, lower your voice," the Manager restrained me, looking at Dawzon and then at the others present.

I took a deep breath before deciding to sit on the right side of Dawzon.

"We're not married," I said firmly to him, but my back quickly hit the office chair as whispers spread among the seated individuals.

"Please, Lara, don't bring our personal problems here." He rested both his elbows on the table and clasped his hands.

I bit my lip, feeling embarrassed by my actions.

"So let's start," he said to recover.

As the Sun Real representative spoke in the middle, I couldn't help but glance at Dawzon, who seemed to be playing with his swivel chair, pen on his lips.

I glared at him sharply, but it seemed like he wasn't listening, instead, he was looking at me as if he was enjoying the situation.

I quickly averted my gaze from him, feeling his piercing stare.
