HE WAS NOT THERE

Emma's POV

I came out of the bathroom. Ethan was not there. I wonder where he had gone to. So, I dried my hair and put on a comfy dress and I walked down the stairs to look for him.

I checked his study. He was not there. Then I walked to the poolside. I couldn't find him there. So, I took my phone and I dialled his number. It rang. But he did not pick up his calls.

What is going on? This has never happened before. Even if Ethan was busy with work. He would still answer my calls. I started feeling uneasy.

I went back inside the mansion and I sat on one of the luxurious sofas in the living area. Then I saw Roselina coming inside the mansion.

"Roselina?". I called.

"Yes, Mrs Williams". She acknowledged

She walked to where I was sitting and I got up to ask her. "Did you know where my husband has gone to?"

"No ma'am. But I saw when he was leaving. He looked worried. And all the bodyguards went with him except the ones that secure the gate"

"Ok, thanks"
