I walked into the living room, where Olivia was sitting on the couch, staring blankly at the TV. My mind immediately flashed back to what I had seen and the suspicion I had been having.
I couldn't help but think back to when we first moved into this house. Olivia had seen Dante's picture on the mantle and had blushed, telling me that he was her crush in high school. I had thought nothing of it at the time, assuming it was just a harmless teenage infatuation.
But now, seeing the way Olivia and Dante interacted, I couldn't help but wonder if there was more to it. I didn't want to believe it, though. They were step-siblings, after all. It was unlikely that they would develop romantic feelings for each other
