ESMERAY

Coming back from the combat Arena, I couldn't shake off the memory of the strange girl kissing Caesar. It kept flashing in my head, making me quiet the whole time.

My mother noticed something was wrong and asked me about it. I denied everything, hiding the pain I was feeling from her.

Lovella couldn't contain her excitement about the Alpha Fist and and talked about how strong and sexy some of the Alphas were to my father and Leon.

Even though Leon tried to talk to me about how much he love me while we came back, I quickly walked ahead of them, reaching the royal palace before them. I went straight to my room and locked the door.

I wanted some alone time. Tears streaming down my face, I leaned against the door as my sorrows weakened my knees, sliding me to the ground.

The atmosphere in my room became unbearable. I needed fresh air, so I decided to go outside and let the air caress my skin, hoping it would make me feel better.
