He offered her a bright smile, yet to her dismay, there was a glare hiding behind that smile. She tried to get away from his grip, but he wouldn't bulge.

His hand was firmly on her waist, and she pulled him towards himself. Her nails itched to leave their mark on him, her fingers curling into tight fists as she resisted the urge to tell him that she was engaged, but that was only going to ruin her plans.
