Chapter 26. 1 year later. House on fire
Jacob and Sarah together with their two toddlers were living in a new neighborhood. Sarah had started a new job and things were looking bright for them. Jacob had worked for a brief moment but was out of work again. It was December and holiday cheer was here. Sarah had just one provincial meeting to attend before she went on vacation leave. She dressed in a champagne buff dress. She slipped on a pair of heals, they were still knew, she only used them once, but decided to go with pumps instead. She put on a long necklace and her name badge before kissing them all good by and leaving to work in her red Nissan.
She reached her meeting and put her cellphone in her bag whilst she got busy helping others with placing. " Sarah, you need to check your phone, Jacob called, something has happened" Kirsten quickly spoke before leaving to help another guest. Sarah dropped what she was doing and checked her cellphone.
