Will and Anna drove home in almost silence. A song playing on the radio was the only sound in the car. 

Anna watched the city lights flash by as Will weaved in and out of the heavy city traffic. She kept thinking of things to say, but couldn’t muster the willpower to actually speak them out loud. She was afraid that she would say the wrong thing and ruin everything, so instead she stayed quiet.
