The Lure
It was ten in the morning, i have an appointment in a salon, i needed to get my hair done, so i prepared to go to the saloon, and after about five minutes walk from the house, i felt someone following me and then a voice spoke

Dave wouldn't tell me anything. I needed some answers, so I got up, started to play dress up to take my mind off things. Later on, i laid down and called Dave's number but he didn't pick up, it then went to voicemail"where are you? Em..I miss you and are you coming back today or not, it's totally fine if you are not, apparently I have gotten used to it". I ended it and just laid down hoping and waiting for a reply and from there I dozed off. Around 7pm, I woke up and checked my phone, Dave hasn't replied or called back, I went into the bathroom to wash my face and suddenly the phone rang and I rushed and picked it up expecting that it's Dave. But then it was the Alex, he told me that he was outside at the front and he wants to see me"leave me the fuck alone" I shouted and made to end the call but he pleaded with me not to"Please Sarah, I just want to talk, just hear me out, just one coffee"I let some seconds pass and then said"Alright, tomorrow 10am" "Thank you" he said before I ended the call. 10am the next day, I was already dressed and ready to go, went downstairs, entered my car and drove off, this happens to be the time that Dave was getting back and he saw my car leave, so instead of parking, he followed me. When I got to the bar, I got down and went in to meet Alex already seated. We were by the window so Dave could see everything. Alex was pleading with me not to be angry at him, I asked him"How are you connected to all this? I mean, were you using me? Was that your mission?""I think it's better I show you" he replied. He started to unbuckle his trouser slowly with his free hand. I became a scared from the thought of what would happen. I has never being rapped before, I can't help thinking "is this it?" Maybe they sent him to finish the job, to rape and kill me. I then started to beat myself up for being so stupid, coming up here with him, what was I thinking?.
