"That's not her," I said as soon as the shooter was unveiled. "Elena was a brunette, an American. This woman is Asian."

"Before I came here, I had Elena under surveillance. She met with Ricardo Reyes at a pier, dealing with smuggled items from Europe. And we have ample evidence against her for that case."
