Jade wanted to rub her face, but she knew she couldn’t. Gage started to move around, she didn’t say anything until he opened his eyes and realized what happened.
“Jade, did they hurt you?” He said trying to pull his arms free. “Not yet.” She said shaking her head. “What happened?” “A betrayal. This is what I was afraid of.” He said shaking his head. “My best friend of many centuries turned his back on me, for power.” He growled. “I can’t believe this, and now they have you, this is not going to end well for me.” “For you?” Jade snapped. “They are going to murder me in front of the Council!” ““I think I will get away with this Gage, you’ve been a pain in the ass far too long, you haven’t done anything but cause us pain for centuries, first not ridding the legendary vampire, now you have a baby with her.” He said glancing at her. “You are lucky I cannot find the child, her slave has him hidden well.” “Good and when we’re done here, you will not find him,” Jade growled. “I will ensure that!” “You are going to die, Jade, how are you going to ensure anything,” Michael said walking with her onto another stage. “Now Gage, don’t make this hard, otherwise I will make you kill her.” “You know I wouldn’t,” Gage growled. “Even if the Council tries to force me, it will never happen.” He said struggling, trying to get free of the two Spell-Blades holding him.
Jade felt her body slipping away, the voices around her were starting to fade away. She wasn’t sure if she was alive anymore. Her body was slowly losing any energy she had. “Ah, the man of the hour.” Michael mused. “Don’t you dare Michael, he’s just a baby!” Gage growled. The faint cry of a baby, forced Jade’s eyes open but she still couldn’t move, she tried. “Don’t do it.” She whispered. “I told you, Jade, you die too, but I want you to witness this.” Michael grabbing the infant from Rachel. The infant screamed in pain when Michael was thrashing him around. “Kill the child, get this done.” The man on the Council yawned. “Kill
“Oh you’ve heard of the curses and stuff then?” the waitress asked. Jade realized she still had her head over her face. “Now but when you stumbled over the name I put two and two together,” Jade said leaning back. “Your eyes, they are interesting. A swirl of purple, they are unique.” The waitress said backing up a little. “I have special parents,” Jade said looking away. “Can I get a hamburger and fries, and a coke?” She said without looking back at the waitress, don’t worry I’ll be able to leave you a tip.” The waitress left without sa
Jade wasn’t sure what she was expecting to find in the cemetery except for the headstones of her father’s first family. Walking the two blocks to the cemetery, it was well maintained for being old. It was a small one, fenced-in, and wasn’t used anymore. Jade walked around admiring the stones, they were old, older than she’d expected them to be. When she finally found Jayden’s family’s she was surprised his name was on the stone. She shouldn’t have been since the town didn’t know he was a vampire. Either they made up his date of death or someone sent word. Kneeling, a teddy bear sat bear near Emily’s headstone. Jade touched each of their names, she was sad they died the way they
Jade wanted to protect her father and his family and friends. She knew the Spell-Blades were going to attack them and were going to go at them hard. She knew she had to take a chance and stop them. She knew she was also walking into a trap. Sucking up her fear, she closed her eyes and willed herself to go back to the Spell-Blade realm. Opening her eyes, she was greeted with the sounds of gasps. “Jade!” Gage said coming to her and hugging her. “Thank you for coming back willingly, they were going to force you to come here.” He said whispering in her ear. “Please relax and don’t do anything crazy, let’s fool them into thinking you are on their side.” He said kissing her. “Fine,” she said pulling away from her. “So I&rsquo
Gage kicked him from behind, Michael glared at him. If Jade wasn’t standing there Michael would attack him, but he knew he didn’t have a chance. “So kill me bitch, or are you going to play all night?” Michael snapped at her. “I thought about killing you, but you know what, I think keeping you around and torturing you as much as I want is going to be a lot more fun,” Jade said summoning her magic and hitting him with it. “Where are your manners.” She growled as he fell to his knees. “You should learn to kneel, you’ll be spending a lot of time there.” She said looking at Gage. “Now back to our order of business. Where are we ?” “We were talking about going to the werewolves,&
After Gage had calmed Jade down and she was asleep, he left the castle to find Michael. He was waiting outside. “So did you tell her?” he said leaning against the wall. “Are you crazy, we’re not letting her go there,” Gage said shaking his head. “I finally have her back here, she needs to stay here. It’s the only place I know she will be safe. Her father cannot come here, and the other realms won’t be able to get her.” “Yeah but you told me she hates this place, and it’s only a matter of time before she leaves it, and when she does they are going to know she is alive,” Michael said shaking his head. “Look you need to get her to understand about Luca, he was going to be something t
"We found her Jade,” Gage said appearing behind her. “She’s in rough shape, hasn’t had food or water for days.” Jade wiped the tears from her eyes, she hated when others see her cry, she wanted to be strong in front of people but most of the time that failed. “So was she awake?” “Yes.” He said kneeling. “She is asking for you.” He said tilting her face up so he could look into her eyes. “I hate when you cry, especially when it’s my fault.” He said wiping the tears from her cheeks. “I promise you, you are not going at this alone we are going to have more children and we are going to run this realm the right way.” “I know, but we need to make those other realms fun
“Since I can’t have you anymore Jade I’m going for your mother!” Juka taunted. Jade wasn’t sure if they were empty threats, she was going to get to him again, she wanted to show him that his army was going to fall before his eyes, and they were. His army was getting smaller by the second. The group Jade had formed had already lost people, but they were holding strong. She was proud of them; she would celebrate with them if they made it out alive. The place was practically destroyed, but Jade promised herself she would help them rebuild it. She was exhausted from the fighting, the realms were battling, Juka had a small army with him still. She was making her way towards him; nothing was going to stop her from taking him out. The fact he threatened her mother and was goin
Following Dasha and everyone else inside, Jade felt an instant relaxation for some reason, maybe it was from the magical realm, or because she knew she could rest for some reason. Taking a deep breath when they entered the castle, Dasha led them each to their rooms, Jades was the first room, so she was able to run her bath and relax first, she was glad she was the first one to go. Getting in the tub, she laid her head back and closed her eyes. She felt a similar feeling of getting a vision, she wanted to fight it, but someone was pulling her into it. She lost to it. “Hello, Jade.” A familiar voice spoke. “Who, who are you?” she said but couldn’t move or see the person.&nb
The Fae didn’t allow anyone to walk, they summoned a horse and carriage and gave everyone a tour of the realm. Jade was glad she didn’t have to go through the whole vision thing again, she wasn’t sure she had the strength again. “How are you feeling?” Jayden asked holding Jade’s hand. “Tired, I didn’t think seeing visions were going to be so hard on me.” She said looking at him. “I didn’t realize you went through so much when you were human and all.” Jayden wasn’t sure he wanted to go through and talk about his past. It had been a long time since he’d thought about them. He wanted to see him and see them, he knew he wouldn&rsq
Jade wasn’t sure if they were serious, but she was ready to go back to her friends. “I think I am ready.” She said taking a deep breath. “So how do I go back?” “Close your eyes, and when you open them you will be back with them.” “Alright.” She said taking one final deep breath before she closed her eyes. She felt her body become light and she closed her eyes and then quickly opened her eyes, she was laying on the floor in the living room of the witch. “Wait.” She said getting to her feet, she was wobbly. Gage grabbed her. “I don’t understand.” “Sit down
Jade felt something for Gage, she felt pain for him. She didn’t want to see the rest of his life, she knew he was going to be cold and dark. She knew his whole life was a life and taken away from him. “I don’t even know what to say about this anymore.” She said with tears forming in her eyes. “Are you trying to make me see the sadness in each of their lives? I understand why they are in this.” “No Jade we are trying to show you why they are the way they are. You cannot change them, and we want you to stop trying. You have to continue with what you have to do.” “I am going to continue.” She whispered. “Please can you send me back, I promise not
Jade was torn about what she would do about Gage, he didn’t have a right to turn on her, he needed to know the truth about what happened. Vampires didn’t kill his parents, his own did. He was kidnapped and was tortured and forced into his position. Yuno was responsible for what happened and he should be the one that answers for that. She wondered why Yuno wanted her memory wiped. “Why did Yuno want my memory wiped?” “Oh, finally a new question, something you’ve never asked before.” The voice said. “Most likely because he thought you would remember something like we’ve shown you today. He is probably wondering if you’ve remembered anything from your past lives. Some people do remember.”
Jade didn’t know how to react, she was sick to her stomach, the man she called her love wasn’t her love anymore. She couldn’t see Gage doing all of this stuff especially to someone she was related to. She was pissed, she wanted to end everything she knew, she wanted to run away from Gage and she wanted to get rid of the Spell-Blade in her. She wanted to become human and leave everything behind. “How, how do I become human again?” Jade said wiping the tears from her eyes. “I don’t want to be anything to do with the Spell-Blades.” “You have to do what needs to be done, Jade. This is who you are right now.” The voice said. “I will be showing you next how Gage became the darkness he has. You will understand him as
Seeing how her father struggled when he was a human-made her sad. She wasn’t sure how to take this in. she wanted to go to him and help him, but she knew these were visions from the past. She wasn’t sure how he would react when he found out she would know about how he was in his past. It broke her heart that he was human and no one was there to help him and that he was there alone, but he was so strong, and he wouldn’t let them take him down, he was a fighter, even if he was just a human. “Jayden lost his family, fell to the pit of hell, and found his way again.” The voice said. “Let me show you.” “Okay,” Jade said closing her eyes, another vision.&n
“I guess that makes sense,” Jade said wanting to forget what happened to her when she was younger. She knew that man never was released again, she hated that man, and what she had to go through when the court was brought up. “I had to go through years of court because of my mom and her choices of men. He wasn’t the only bad one.” “We know. But don’t worry you don’t have to face any more of them. We know that you are aware of what he can bring up. You better prepare what he is going to bring into your life when you battle him.” “Juka better be careful when he brings people up because I will ensure to use them against him too.” Jade snapped. “I hate that I’ve had a shitty childhood if only things were different.&rd
