Margaret Is Dead

Who is here? Was the question my innocent mind kept asking a long time after the door banged close to us. I jumped from the bed and rushed to the door and tries to open it and then recalling what he said, I ran back to the closet to dress up quietly and faster.

There was a knock and then the four yanked open followed by Jewel rushing in. She was looking out of breath and had her hand to her chest.

“What is it, Jewel? What are the noises for?” I asked, getting braced for the worst? Strong houses assailed my ears from downstairs informing me that something was definitely wrong somewhere.

“He is here. He is here at Alpha’s house. Margaret is dead!" she slid down the door looking very grave and afraid.

Margaret is dead. The words replayed in my head. Who is Margaret! I wasn't well acquainted with the omega's save for Jewel so I couldn't tell who she was talking about.
