Chapter 944

After showering and coming out of the bathroom, Matteo realized that someone had moved the clothes that he had placed on his bed. He frowned in distaste. His mother must have entered the room. He had locked his door from the inside, so she must have used a spare key to unlock the door!

He put on his clothes and walked out of the room agitatedly. He wanted to discuss it with Jolyn. When he arrived outside Jolyn’s door, a loud thump came from inside the room. He then heard Jolyn’s upset cries.

His heart lurched as he knocked on the door. “Mom, what happened? Are you alright, Mom?”
