“Argh…” Will roared out loud at Malcolm with a furious expression on his face.

Sonnet watched this scene in shock. Initially, she assumed that Will was feeling emotional after seeing his son. However, it now seemed like he did not wish to see his son at all.

Malcolm was visibly hurt by Will’s outburst. He slowly put his father down and took a couple of steps back silently.

Monica glanced at her son and spoke to him softly, “Go out first. Don’t make your father angry.”

Malcolm nodded, turned, and left the ward.

Monica looked at Sonnet and showed her an uncomfortable smile. “Sigh, look at how his mind is all muddled up because of his illness. He can’t even recognize his own son now!”

Sonnet smiled and said, “Uncle Will just fell sick. He must be extremely upset. He’ll feel better after recovering more in time.”

“I hope so,” Monica said as she smiled at her bitterly.

After a while, Maxwell returned to the ward. He told Monica, “I asked the doctors about Uncle Will’s c
