Sonnet stopped and looked back at her.

There was a smug expression on Maggie’s face. "Aren't you surprised why I’m here?"

"The Paragon Group is not a prison, anybody can come and go as they please," Sonnet replied coldly.

Maggie continued to apply lipstick, and said slowly, "Oh, the color of my lipstick is really pretty, especially on the collar of a white shirt."

Sonnet paused in her steps and continued to walk outside.

Maggie raised her voice when Sonnet ignored her. "It seems that you don't care enough about your boyfriend. Didn't you notice the lipstick stain on his shirt collar?"

"You’re saying that you made that lip print, right? Well, now I know, thanks for telling me." Without turning her head, Sonnet said and quickened her pace.

She heard Maggie shout angrily. "Men are all the same. Responsibility is one thing. Whether they can control their urges is a different matter!"

Sonnet was completely unmoved, turned a corner steadily, and entered the elevator lobby.

Maggie's
