She was certain that she had not fallen in love with Johnson yet. However, her opinion of him has changed and she felt good about him.

Love life aside, his attitude toward the children was better than many fathers in normal marriages.

"I think it's good as it is now. We are friends who aren’t too close or distant, and we get along very comfortably." She spoke softly.

"You may be comfortable, but he isn’t. Everybody can see that he likes you. You let him be around you only to be ordinary friends with him, isn’t that hard for him?"

Sonnet waved her hand: "He might meet a great girl later, and they will fall in love. Alright now, don't you worry about it!"

Lindy did not say anything more. She knew that it was difficult for her bestie to get over her previous relationship, so she had to let things be.
