Yasmin fell silent for a while. "Did she object to your marriage?"

"What's there for her to object to?" Blake redirected the question to her.

Feeling reassured, Yasmin smiled and agreed, "I'll head to the hospital, then."

She took a cab to the hospital since she was free that night. Upon reaching the entrance of Elise's room, she overheard Elise talking to Blake. "Blakey, will Yasmin dislike me?"

"She won't. She's easygoing," Blake replied.

Yasmin pushed the door open and saw Blake's handsome face, as well as Elise, the reticent beauty in the bed. Elise's hair cascaded down her back. She sat there like a pure and innocent fairy.
