At the end of the corridor, she realized Blake was standing there.

She didn't know how long he had been standing there listening.

Yasmin was stunned. "You saw everything?" she asked him.

"Yes." Blake nodded. He had wanted to go to her aid, but he heard her sharp words, so he hadn't gone.
