Yolanda didn't want Yasmin to be around, so she walked over and instructed, "There are a few potted plants blocking the path. Can you move them to the courtyard?"

Yasmin looked over at the potted plants and furrowed her brows—they were expensive lilies.

Handing out welcome drinks was manageable, but she didn't have the strength to move the potted plants. Plus, if she ended up dropping one, she would be in deep trouble.

After all, dropping a plant at the engagement dinner could be offensive for the parties involved.

So, Yasmin shook her head and rejected, saying, "I don't have the strength to carry them, Aunt Yolanda. You need to get someone else to do it."

Yolanda frowned. "What's going on with you? Would I ask you to move them if I had enough manpower? Can't you see that everyone's busy?"

Yolanda had already gotten used to ordering Yasmin around. So, when Yasmin refused her request, Yolanda shoved her and instructed, "Quickly now."
