He didn’t know what his father was doing. Taking Summer away from him like that. Talking to her in private, and not letting him know what they were discussing. Conner continued to watch Gabriella and Summer. Summer paid little attention to Gabriella or her conversations as the servers appeared with their meals. “I hope you like what I ordered for you, Conner. I thought it would be a delightful surprise, so I called ahead and changed what they were serving you. Conner found the washroom down a secluded corridor. What he didn’t expect to find was Summer having a heated discussion with Joseph Mandela. A rather intimate one.
