Olivia shook her head in disbelief; she staggered backward as tears rolled down her eyes. Her eyes were sad, and she was looking at us as if she was about to give up on life finally.

It was as if the only reason she continued to live was for us, and leaving her would only lead her to give up on life. "You can't do that to me. You can't leave me. Remember, you've marked me? You can't reject me like this, please." She pleaded and fell on her knees, pleading desperately.

I sighed. I hated to see her this way, but Leo and I had already decided. We planned to let her go, and there was no way we would go back on that as we were tired of fighting with our fathers every day. The person in danger was our mother, the one who gave birth to us and suffered a lot for our sake. It would be crazy to become enemies with our fathers when she was there struggling for her life.
