Third person's p.o.v

Guilt and regret washed over Daniel as he got farther and farther. He stopped the car and watched through the side rear mirror if any car was following him but there was none. He ran his fingers through his hairs and rubbed his face.

His bodyguards were supposed to be behind him and Linda was supposed to be in the car with them.

He fished his phone out and pressed Linda's number to confirm her safety but was pissed off when her phone rang in the car itself.

His head was constantly pounding. He let his negative emotions take over and hurt someone who actually cared for him. Instead of acting like a man, a warrior, he showed the childish part of him. Linda was just trying to help.

She was not the one to initiate the talk about marriage instead she talked back against it. He called her a friend but acted like an enemy.

It was his fault that he was driving at a speed that could lead to death. Anyone in that situation would tremble with fear. He took out his frus
