Third person's p.o.v

Linda stood rigidly when she heard those words. 'What the hell did he mean by he did not want a divorce?'

There was no way she would proceed with the idea of staying with him. She loved him but that did not mean she would do anything that he wanted. She realised that she did too much for him and in return she only received pain and would only be gifted with that if she did not liberate herself from him.

She fathomed out that her self-respect came first. Daniel had hurt her enough and letting him do that again was all in her hands.

"Have you lost your mind Daniel?"

Brant frowned. He was not expecting to hear from Daniel after they cleared all the confusion in the hospital. He tried to put some sense in his son's brain but it seemed like it did not work. Instead of apologising, he was willing to make Linda suffer more.
