Elisa’s POV:

“No,” I answer and leave.

“You know you can't make it!” Caspian sneers.

“I have what it takes to pull you and your wretched pack down,” Caspian continues.

“This is far from over! You can't win!” He continues yelling and I turn to answer him.

“Oh, but I already have,” I answer with my best cold smile.

“You can leave when you're done barking. We don't accept loud people in our gathering,” I speak, serving him my best firm look with a death glare.

Caspian scoffs, and growls. His eyes registering defeat as I put him in his place. He turns to look around and his eyes dance at the sight of something.

I turn my head slowly to follow his gaze as I see Damian, still recovering in the shadows.

What is he doing there? Caspian better not touch him.

“Isn't that your precious mate?” Caspian taunts.

“The dumb one,” Caspian continues.

I remain silent, ignoring his snarky remarks. Caspian men laugh, enjoying whatever Caspian was doing.
