"Why are you mad at me?" Morgan asked when they were in the car, and Jessica was sitting on her husband's lap.

Jessica shook her head against Morgan's chest.

"I don't like asking you questions, and you just shut up and shake your head. You're not a people person, Jessica." Morgan pressed his words.

"Sorry." Jessica looked at her husband's face and leaned against his chest for warmth.

After receiving a visit at the rice field, Jessica was forced to shower and get ready by Morgan because they had to go to their next destination. They would fly back to Salaria tomorrow as per Morgan's petite wife's wishes.

Morgan could only sigh heavily there. Then he tried to deal with Jessica's attitude again patiently.

"Go back to sleep. You're tired, right?" Jessica nodded again, tired and sleepy.

Morgan stroked Jessica's head very gently and affectionately.

"I love you, sir," Jessica said, whether she realised it or not.

Morgan pulled the corner of her lips into a smile.

"I love you, Dear."
