"Cara... returning home will only harm Mum and Dad." replied Alex more carefully.

"Okay." I muttered finally "If you can find Evelyn Lance in 3 days, I will stay."

"I can't repeal the sentence." His face stiffened again when he heard my request.

My anger reappeared again, "Then I will leave."

"Did he threaten you?" asked Alex in a low voice. "And you think I'll just let you go?"

"Then you're going to lock me up?!” I shouted angrily. “Why don't you kill me as well? Isn't that all the problems will be solved? Your grandfather must be feeling very proud from hell!”

"What is it?" asked Jake breathlessly while Alex was still frozen in place with a hurt expression.

"We have to find Evelyn lance quickly." I said to both of them. "She's pregnant with Vincent's child.

That means Evelyn is carrying my nephew." I added angrily. Jake who didn't know my realrelationship with Vincent opened his mouth very wide in surprise.

"If in 3 days we haven't found her, I will tell Vincent the truth." I said
