AUTHOR'S POV
Anastasia was staring outside the window of her father's private jet. The fluffy clouds they were floating on, were enchanting her and diverting her mind from reality. She had made such long plans.Plans that included, her escape from the clutches of her father...Plans that included, her starting over her life anew...Plans that included, her forgetting about her past, Her so-called family, that she hated with all her heart...Plans that included, that she will never see her father again...But life and Fate! They were cruel. When you make plans, Fate laughs on you, because Fate had already made a plan, that you have to follow at any cost. When the fight is between a Person and Fate, the person is more likely to lose in all situations.Fate is something, you must accept! But for Ana, if her fate was to be caged by her own father, then she was going to fight till the end, but never give up.If there was no way out of it, she was going to make one, but she was never going to give up. She was never going to give in to her father...A man, she hated and feared at the same time...A man, she couldn't stand the sight off and the feelings seemed to be mutual...Sighing to get rid of all the heavy thoughts, she relaxed back in the comfortable seat and unconsciously her eyes met Jackson's eyes, who had been observing her from the moment he had forcefully took her from her apartment. They were friends once...They cared about each other once...She used to call him, her escape...They had played together in the childhood and now? She could not even recognize him. She couldn't believe, that he was the same child she had always relied on; in her childhood. The child, who couldn't bear seeing her hurt and crying...But who was he now? She wondered, as she stared at his blank face.Ana had pleaded, begged and even struggled with all her might against him, to not take her back to that hell...but the only thing she heard in return was his robotic reply, that he was here to take her back on her father's order. That's all he was and that's all he was ever going be now...A robot, who was programmed by her father...A robot, who had no feelings, emotions, memories or sentiments...A robot, who only followed orders...That's how her father liked people to be.Getting uncomfortable at her own pathetic state, she turned her face to look outside again. Why was life like this? That was the only unanswered question for Ana.For the world, she was the eldest daughter of William Adams, the daughter he had with his first Wife; the wife who he had truly loved according to people. A man who had married her second wife, just to give a mother to Ana.He was the so-called billionaire of their country. A man, who supposedly lived a white collar life...A man, who's record was so clean, that even people wondered, if he was a God walking among them. Ana had always laughed at those idiots, who were too easy to fool. They were so stupid, that they really believed everything, they wanted to believe. If only people knew what he was really like, then they would have called him Satan instead of a God.“ We will be reaching there in 30 minutes! ” Jackson announced in the same robotic tune, that he used. Ana's heart trembled at the thought of seeing her father again. Why did he even call her back? She didn't ask about this to Jackson, as she was too busy in thinking of ways to escape.“ Why did he call me back so suddenly? My result is not out yet! ” Ana questioned in a neutral tone, trying to match his coldness. The friend she was trying to find in him earlier due to the sudden panic, was not him...She knew it and she was not going to act pathetic anymore. She was supposed to be acting like the so-called pampered princess she was now or she would have to face consequences, that were not too favourable at all.“ An enemy had started to destroy our territory...He had trespassed many times and killed many of our people quite...brutally! Your father called you back for better protection ” Jackson infromed in the same robotic tone. An enemy, he said? How weird! Ana pondered over the same thing. Who had the guts to go against the So-called God, William Adams?“ Who has the guts to go against the so-called God? ” Ana sneered at Jackson, amused that someone was going against her father.Jackson squinted his eyes at her and showed a human response for the first time in a while, making Ana sure, that she had managed to provoke him, but his expression's turned back to neutral in a second.“ Beast! ” Jackson deadpanned, getting irritated by all her questions already.“ Beast? Who is he? ” Ana inquired, interested in the topic now. She really wanted to know who had managed to scare his father enough, that he had called her back.“ No one knows! ” Jackson shrugged his shoulders, still keeping a straight face.“ What do you mean by... no one knows? ” Frowning, Ana looked in Jackson's eyes.“ No one has ever seen him and no one knows him. Those who have seen him are either his loyal people or they are six feet underground...” A shiver ran up Jackson's spine, remembering about the mutilated bodies he had seen a few days ago. The bodies of their people, killed by Beast. He had witnessed all kinds of brutality in his short life span, but not that kind of ruthlessness in his whole life.“ Interesting...” Ana whispered to herself, as she thought about the person who had risen against her father.“ I wonder, if I am ever going to see him! ” Ana mused to herself, unconsiosuly blurting out in a loud voice.Jackson came back from his memory lane and glared at Ana with a serious look, scaring her. Why did he look angry all of a sudden?Unfastening his seatbelt, he got up from the seat and leaned over her seat, placing his hands on the armrests beside her, as she pressed back in the seat; gulping. He was really scaring her now.“ I have a hunch that he will come for you soon, Anastasia and the day he does...He is never going to leave you alone! ” He whispered, staring in her eyes with a serious look. It seemed like, he knew something. Ana gulped, as she stared back at him. This was after a long time, that he had called her by her full name.He leaned in closer, until he was just a few inches away, “ Just so you know...” He trailed off as his eyes travelled from her eyes to her lips gulping, as he forced himself to look back in her eyes.“ He is far more worse than your father! ”AUTHOR'S POVAfter scaring the hell out of her and leaving her suspiscious about his real motives, Jackson went back to his seat and buckled up for the landing. He went back to his usual robotic self easily, like nothing happened at all.His words ' He is far more worse than your father ' were still echoing in her mind, again and again. It was the first time in her life, that Jackson had acted like this with her. The flash of emotions in his eyes for a mere second, were making her feel anxious. She had been sitting in front of him, staring outside; trying to ignore him as much as possible. There was something bugging her mind...Like the gut feeling she felt, when she opened her apartment's door. Something was telling her, that something huge was coming up her way. It was not like her life was any good, but she had a feeling that her life was about to take a turn for the worst.
AUTHOR'S POVThe water was pouring down on Ana's body from the shower on top of her head. She stood still under the shower, lost in her thoughts, as hot water traced the outlines of her naked body and disappeared down the drain. Steam had blurred all mirrors of the bathroom and she stood there, oblivious to everything. Her mind repeated what happened today. What happened in the plane was weird, but what happened when she arrived here, was confusing...Who was this beast? What did he wanted from her? But then according to the guard, the note read, that he was going after William Adams's most precious possession and whatever the world thought, she knew, she was not important to her father. He was just putting up a facade in front of people. No one was able to look past the facade of her father and it was really funny and at the same time stupid for her.Sighin
AUTHOR'S POVSitting at the backseat of her car, she was staring at the one-story house in front of her. Her bodyguard was sitting on the front seat, along with another boduguard, who was sitting in the driver's seat. They have been here for almost five minutes, but she was not saying or doing anything. She was just staring at that house.Lucas was also Ana's and Jackson's childhood friend. He was the son of one of her father's bodyguard, who died protecting him, so his father took him under his wing and trained him for years. He was an assassin and the only thing he hated in this world was his job. After years of doing that dirty job, he made God Knows what deal with her father, that he let him go.Ana still remembered the day he was freed from that hell. His happiness couldn't match anything else in this world. That day, Ana didn't k
AUTHOR'S POVWith her body trembling in paralyzing fear, Ana kept her eyes shut closed. She was afraid to see her death with her own eyes. Someone was holding her waist and one hand of that person, was placed on her mouth to prevent her from making any sound. That person's hard chest was pressed against her back, making the whole experience more real. Her mind had stopped working and tears kept streaming down her face.“ Look who we have here! ” A deep masculine voice mocked her and she felt the vibration of that laughter throughout her body, which made her heart tremble.“ Open your eyes, Anastasia Adams! ” The same voice commanded Ana, who was silently crying at her fate. That voice surprised her, with the coldness it held. She was sure now, that he was the killer. He was the one who killed her Lucas.Scared,
AUTHOR'S POVAna jolted up from the deep slumber she was in and looked around herself. The place was different than, what she remembered. Her eyes were wide in fear and her hairs were sticking to her face, due to sweat, that was coating them. Her clothes were changed and not the same, as she remembered wearing.Slowly trying to calm herself down, she took deep breaths and looked down at the comforter, which was covering her trembling body.Anxious, she pushed the comforter away and looked around herself to make sure, that she was not dreaming. It was her room.Sighing, she pushed her hairs back and a relieved smile stretched upon her heart shaped lips. It was just a dream.A horrible dream. And it was over now.Shaking her head, Ana stood up on her feet, but almost stumbled back on the bed, finding her knees still weak.
AUTHOR'S POVAna walked to the bathroom with weak legs, as she had lost all her energy. With slow steps, she stopped in front of the basin and her eyes travelled to the blood, that coated her neck and sweater. Looking in the mirror, the memory of his eyes, staring right back at her, flashed in front of her eyes and she ended up flinching. He was so close to killing her, but he still left her alive, Why? Why was he doing all of this in the first place? Why did he kill Lucas? A lump formed in Ana's throat, thinking about all the questions, that were pounding in her mind, but she held herself back from crying again.
AUTHOR'S POVSunlight was peeking through the windows of Ana's room. She was laying on the bed, with her eyes wide open, staring at the balcony. Last night, she felt, like someone was here, but when she woke up, no one was here, except for the breeze, that was making the balcony curtains move. She had been awake from that time, laying in the bed, thinking about everything. She didn't know what was going to happen next? Why was everything happening in the first place? She had to find answers and also find a way out of here on her own, as Lucas was dead and there was no one, who was going to help her anymore. With Lucas's thought, tears
AUTHOR'S POVAna sighed for the nth time, standing still at the same spot. Her feets refused to move and take her anywhere. The sun had started to go down.Willaim Adams left more than a hour ago, after introducing her to Damon Alvarado. His voice resembled Beast's voice, which sent chills of dread down her spine. For once, she thought, that he was really Beast and he came, just as he said he would, but then she noticed the way her father was talking with him. It was like, he knew him well and trusted him too. Soon, Ana just decided to drop this thought. Maybe, fear was getting the best of her and she was suspecting everyone to be Beast.
AUTHOR'S POV “ She is alive. Just a little away. For... ” Beast scrunched up his nose, glancing back at Ana who was glaring at him. “ For Forever. She won't return in our lives now. Whoever will cause Ana any harm consciously or unconsciously will never be able to return in our lives. ” His eyes held hers captive just like always, as he said this in a low tone. Camelia Alvarado sighed folding her arms on her chest as her eyes watched Ana and Damon gazing in each other's eyes like she was not even there. She shook her head smiling to herself and walked out of there to leave those two alone. “ You didn't hurt her right? ” Ana whispered after a while detaching her eyes from his chocolate brown mesmerising orbs. “ No. I didn't hurt her. I just sent her away. ” He answered truthfully and walked closer to her as his mind recalled the memory. ~FLA
AUTHOR'S POV As Ana stood in front of the hall where the marriage was being held, she did not know what to say to Beast who was standing beside her. “ You should have told me earlier. ” Ana sighed out and glared at him from the corner of her eyes. She was discharged from the hospital just now and he took her here directly. She would have been discharged ten days ago if it was not for Beast who asked the doctors to keep her under observation for a few more days until there was no problem with her. “ I should have told you earlier only if you were ready to listen to anything. ” He shot back, a frown adorning his forehead. “ Now I know why Mom, Jeremiah and Mia didn't visit me for a few days. I thought there was something wrong with them. I guess they all were too busy. ” Ana's lips pluckered out as she averted her eyes away from him. She started walking towards
AUTHOR'S POV “ Please! Don't me kill me. Don't kill me. I am pregnant. ” She blurted in a hoarse voice and Jack Blackwell halted in his way. His shocked expressions changed to one of pure evil and Ana realised she shouldn't have told him about it. “ Is it Beast's child? ” He chuckled with an evil glint in his eyes making Ana gulp. “ Why am I even asking? Ofcourse its his child. ” He grinned sinisterly and patted Ana's hair making her flinch. “ I will not kill you until he arrives... ” He whispered and leaned down to look at her fearful expressions. “ But once he comes, I am going to carve out this baby of his and then I will let you bleed until you die right in front of his eyes. ” His grin widened and he leaned back. Shaking his head happily, he started walking out leaving Ana crying in pain and fear. “ He k-killed Mom... ” She mumbled to herself as she cried harder. He killed her Mother and ye
AUTHOR'S POV When Ana blinked her eyes open, darkness was all that surrounded her. She groaned in pain feeling her head spinning. She tried to move her hands but they were restrained behind her back, tied with a rope. Worry clouded her mind more than fear. She was worried about her unborn child. She had to find a way out of here. The door to the room opened and Jack Blackwell stepped inside making Ana to sit up straight like a rod was fixed in her back. “ What do you want from me?! ” Ana hissed, her eyes burning with rage. “ Nothing. That's the thing. I want nothing from you so you are useless. ” He shrugged his shoulders, the sinister laugh falling off his lips. “ Then let me go. ” Ana hissed again. She was trying to loosen up the ropes behind her by rotating her hands around while he talked to her. The ropes dug in her wrists drawing out blo
AUTHOR'S POV Beast came back home with his heart still drumming in his ears. He should have listened to her when she was saying that she had a bad feeling about things these days. Whatever he had said to Jack Blackwell to scare him and to make sure that he did not hurt Ana before he got to her, did not help assuring himself at all. <Who knew what a maniac like Jack Blackwell would do to her? As he made his way to the room - their room, avoiding to cross paths with Camelia Alvarado and Mia, he found his strength leaving his body. He was alone now. He did not need to pretend that he was okay, that he would be able to handle everything, that everything was under his control. He was slowly losing his breaths, his heart beating painfully in his chest at the thought of Ana getting hurt. He marched to the bed and sat down on it with a thump, his whole life flashing before his eyes. Once
AUTHOR'S POV ~A LITTLE WHILE EARLIER Beast ran down the stairs as Ana called out to him repeatedly. “ Damon! Damon! What happened? ” He did not answer. He did not even turn around to look at her. Sighing defeatedly, Ana's shoulder slumped down and her eyes helplessly followed his figure rushing out of the mansion until he was not there anymore. She wondered what happened for him to be in such a rush. She had never seen him so breathless and mindless before. Every step of his was always measured and calculated but today he ran thoughtlessly like his life depended on it. She was just thinking about it standing by the railing when the same feeling that something horrible was about to happen captured her mind. Her eyes went to the door desperately hoping that he would return and tell her that everything was going to be alright because he was there wit

AUTHOR'S POV ~A month later Everything was fine. And Yes. That was a big fat lie. Ana sighed heavily as she stepped out of the bathroom and hid the thing held in her hand in the last drawer where she was sure Beast would not find it easily. She had been looking at it for three days now but she could not bring herself to muster up her courage to do anything about it. But she had another way to do what was right. She just wished everything went right. She was scared and did not know what to do about all weird kinds of feelings overwhelming her at the same time. She stared at herself in the mirror of the dressing room and pushed her hair back. She was wearing a casual light grey sweater with black jeans. Beast was coming to pick her up in some time and she had to be ready before he came or he might indulge in other distracting activities with her instead of doing what they were
AUTHOR'S POV Ana walked around the mansion like a ghost until she found Camelia Alvarado sitting in the garden staring at the flowers. She should have checked here first. Ana facepalmed herself and gulped down her saliva, preparing herself to talk to Camelia Alvarado. Ana walked to Camelia Alvarado taking small measured steps and stopped right in front of her hindering her view and even her thoughts too. “ Mom. ” A lump formed in her throat as she stared down at Camelia Alvarado's serious expressions. This gave her a hint that Camelia Alvarado did not know about her little failed suicide mission. Ana sighed internally and sat down beside Camelia Alvarado who sulkily turned her head away from her. “ Do you hate me Mom? Now when you know That I was Anastasia Adams... ” Ana whispered, her fingers fidgeting with each other as she kept her head down not wanting to look at her at all. &ldq
