Chapter 44

Despite losing a night of sleep because of her activities with Drew, Clarissa still had to get up early to go to her workplace. Work is more important, she thought.

No matter how tired she was, she has never allowed herself to leave her work behind. The family resumed their normal routine, and it continued for days. And just like that, time has passed, and it was two weeks after their passionate night, but Drew has not been coming home with the excuse of being busy or traveling on a business trip; he has hardly visited the Walker villa, and all Clarissa’s efforts to contact him were futile.

Drew sat at the therapist's office, fiddling with his phone.

“Keera, I thought you said you could fix me; we’ve been on this for three weeks; and I can’t still get hard for other women apart from her,” he said softly, also remembering her of her promise of fixing him in two weeks.
