Sam called a meeting, his expression grim as he revealed the intel he had gathered on the mysterious helicopters. "I've found an ad on the black web," he began, his voice low and serious. "They're offering a quarter of a million dollars for a live Siren specimen."

I couldn't help but burst out laughing at the audacity of these individuals. Who did they think they were, trying to capture me or any of my kind?

But Niklaus's reaction was far from amused. His face darkened with rage, his eyes blazing with a fierce protectiveness. "They dare to think they can capture My Queen?" he growled, his voice menacing, displaying full fangs.

I placed a calming hand on his arm, trying to soothe his anger. "We won't let them, Niklaus. They can't get through our shields, they don't know who they are dealing with!"

But Niklaus's expression remained unyielding, his jaw clenched in determination. "We need to take action, my Love. We can't let them continue to hunt for you."
