I love Ian

Shocked, thrilled, happy, excited, euphoric...  Even all these words couldn't explain the feeling which I am feeling right now.

The man of my dreams is sitting on his knees with a ring in his hand while I am standing with a shocked expression and hand on my heart to control its  pounding as I  was not expecting this to come true.... I looked around the whole surrounding was decorated with balloon, fairy lights and flowers while violin were being played in the background

"So Christina, will you be my soulmate?Will you be my partner for the rest of my life... I love you Christina...." He says but I was frozen on the spot, my lips were sealed and I felt like I was going to faint at any moment...

"Please say something.... Your silence is scaring me" He says with a pleading expression

I took a deep breath and controlled my rapid heartbeat

"Ohh..... Ian, it's like a dream come true.... I have never expected this to happen....

It feels like a dream.... Please someone pinch me" I said getting emotional

I was about to say yes when I heard my mother's voice "Christy ...Christyyyy...."

I frowned listening to my mother's voice

"What is Mom doing here?" I thought

"Christy ....Christy  ...." The voice was getting louder and I was trying to understand what was happening

Then I looked towards Ian  who glared me like my mother making me confuse

"Christy , how much will you sleep.... Get up now.... It's already 10 am"

I was shocked to see how Ian  was speaking in my mother's voice.

I started rubbing my eyes when it started raining suddenly.

When I opened my eyes Mom was in front of me instead of Ian .......

"Wake up sleepy head, how much do you want to sleep?" She said in a angry

I was just too shocked to process anything so I looked around and found I was in my room instead and it took me 5 seconds to realize that I was dreaming about Ian  again...

I sighed and looked towards my mother who was glaring at me

I pouted and said "Mom why did you splash water on me.... I am not a flower though I look like one" I said

" Have you seen the time?" She said

" I know but my vacations are going on so why do you have to wake me up so early?"

" I wonder what you will do after marriage. How will you wake up your kids for school and make breakfast for them  when you yourself don't wake up on time and rarely know how to cook.

I rolled my eyes 'why does she always have to talk about marriage and kids.... I am just 21 right now'

" Mom, you are thinking too far... I am not married yet so I don't have to think about all this and also if I get married I will marry a man who knows how to cook and Wakes up early" I said folding my hands

My mother sighed and shook her head " your father has completely spoiled you now get ready and come for breakfast downstairs" saying so she was about to move when I held her hand

"Mommy where is my morning kissy" I said batting my lashes at her which melted her immediately hugged and she kissed my forehead "my baby" she said ruffling my hairs while I grinned

"Now come downstairs after getting ready" she said pulling away while I nodded

She left the room and frowned immediately because of my dream as the proposal was again left incomplete

"Ufff I was about to say yes.... How cute the dream was...

I just love Ian  so much"

Oops I am continuously talking but I still haven't introduced myself to you all

'I am Christina , I am 21 and trying to complete my graduation. I have very loving parents. My parents love me alot especially my Father who always support my decisions, he is great mam and everyone respects him, he is my role model, I love my mother too she is sweet and kind lady but sometimes she gets angry with me whenever I commit any mischief, she says that no man will marry me because I am too much trouble but she doesn't know that have already found the man of my dream and I don't want to marry anyone else so I am going to stay with my parents forever because I know no matter how much I love he is never gonna love me back as he has too many options'

My trance was broken when I heard the ringing of my phone. I looked at the screen and smiled seeing a pic of Ian  on the wallpaper then my eyes fell on the caller's I'd and my smile Turned into a grin as I read my bestie's name. I picked up the call immediately.

"Christy ......" She yelled from the other Side while I immediately placed my phone away

My bestie is completely mad just like me and gets over excited for everything.

"Christy  do you know what is going to happen today" she yelled again while I rolled my eyes

"How would I know?" I said

"Just place your hand in your heart in case after listening my me it can come out" she said and now I was curious too because from her talks it seems like it is not a small thing

" Spill the beans... You are making me curious how" I said

"Okay so today is am going to meet Chris....can you believe this" she said and frowned

'is she high in the morning or is she still in semi sleepy state'

"What are you saying?" I asked her

"I know you will not believe me but I am saying the truth Chris is in the town and today I am going to meet him at xyz mall and you have to accompany me" she said with over excited voice

"Why would I go to meet him? I am not interested in him and moreover I don't want to be the third wheel between you too"

" Christy  please you know na I can't go meet him alone because I am too shy for that....please do accompany me and I promise I will accompany you when you will go to meet Ian ..." She said while I sighed she difinetely know way to convince me

"Pretty please Christy .... I am your bestie for more than 10 years now .. won't you do this much for me" she said making me smile

"Okay fine I will go with you" I  said and she shrieked in excitement

"Okay biee now I have to do a lot of preparation now... I need to look best tomorrow" she said and hanged up the call while I shook my head

I know she is crazy but I love her... I have almost perfect life but still I feel something is missing in my life which I am not able to decipher

My trance was broken when I heard my mother's voice and I immediately jumped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom.

After doing all my morning chores in less than 25 minutes I rushed downstairs and saw my Dad sitting there making me smile. I ran towards him and threw myself on him.

"Good morning Dad" I chirped

Dad smiled and ruffled my hairs "good morning princess"

"You came really fast" my mother said sarcastically

"It's ok Grace let her sleep, it's her days to enjoy" Dadsaid making me grin and I hugged him again

"You are spoiling her" my mother said with a pout

" Of Course not Grace, you know how smart and intelligent our Christy  is... And I know when the time will come she will handle all the responsibility really well" Dad said

" Yes Mom you don't worry I will learn everything " I said  "but right now I am really hungry" I said rubbing my tummy

" Aww my daughter is hungry come I will serve you breakfast" Mom said while I obliged

I was about to sit to have my breakfast when my phone pinged showing that I received a mail I opened it and my eyes widen seeing the mail and I gasped

I think my father too noticed my expression so he asked

"What happened to Christy ... Is everything alright?" He asked

I looked towards him and bite my lips

"Dad Mom we need to talk" I said in a serious tone which made my parents frown as I rarely use this tone

"What is princess?" He asked

"Dad... Actually..... It.... I.... Actually" I was not able to find exact words to break out the news to them

" Christy ... Stop stuttering and tell you are scaring us" this time my mother said

" Actually I received a mail that I am selected for college " I said and they frowned

"College? But you are already in college" my Father said

I cleared my throat and said "Dad I have applied for college in Manchester "

"Manchester  but why? You are already in the last year of your college why have you applied for another college" my father asked again

" DadI don't want to study in this college after what happened last year"  I said placing my head down and flashes from last year came running to me making me shut my eyes

My father sighed while my mother side hugged me

"But my child it's over now" he said

"I know Dad but still I can't go in the same college now I really need a change in my surrounding"

"Okay I understand your point but why in Manchester  what's wrong with the colleges in Boston and why didn't you discuss it with me before applying for college?" Dad said

"Because It is the best college Dad and I will get really a good exposure there and I was not sure if I will get admission in final year or not so waited for the result please Dad let me go"

"But Christy  how will you live alone there" this time Mom said

"I won't be alone there Mom Scarlet will be with be" I said

"Scarlet? Has she too applied with you? And is she selected too?" I father asked

"Yes Dad we have applied together and we both are selected" I said with twinkling eyes  `` please Mom Dad let me go. I will be fine there and it's just a matter of 1 year and I will keep visiting you guys on weekends..... Please Dad please" i said making a puppy face which I am sure will melt my father

I saw him sighing "okay you can go" he said but mother immediately interrupted him

"What are you saying about how to manage alone.... She is still a kid" she said

"Grace it's ok, I know being a mother you are worried for her but we should support her decision and its just a matter of 1 year and by living alone she will learn many new things" he said and mother nodded

I immediately hugged my father and mother and said "thank you so much...."

I am very positive about going to Manchester , let's see what Manchester  has stored for me.....
