72: The Arrival!

Two weeks later.

One lazy afternoon. Sherry and her mother were relaxing on the couch in the living room when she felt a sudden pain in her lower abdomen. It was like an ordinary kick from one of the twins. However, this time, the pain is getting painful each time, as if their heads are trying to intentionally bump their way out of her groin.

Sherry braced for another attack. Here it comes again. "Ouchhhh!" she yelped in pain.

Vikki looked at her daughter and noticed the grimace on her face. "Daughter, are you okay?"

Sherry shook her head. "Mom, I'm not okay. I'm in great pain. I think I'm in labor right now. My lower abdomen is getting pounded by my twins as if they want to get out," she explained with tears in her eyes.

"Okay, calm down," Vikki said, gesturing for Mae to come to the couch.

"What is it, madam?" Mae asked.

"Get the bags down here. My daughter is having painful stomach cramps. We will go to the hospital immediately and inform the driver to get the car ready," Vikki ord
