Jack's Perspective

One month Later...

Rainy days again, the weather I hated the most because it's kinda lonely or sad every time it rains, the places were too silent and it was too shady in my opinion. Well, I felt lazy about going to school, but I had to, that's why I hurriedly fixed myself because I was actually late for my study.

"Dad, I need to go now, time is running too fast," I said to my father and waved goodbye, and he just nodded. By the way, I was inside a hospital cause my father was a Doctor that's why when I came out of his office all I could see was pure white, every individual I was passing by was also wearing colored white suits. And every nurse that I was passing by was greeting me, they sometimes calling me "sir" because I'm my father's son, the great owner of this place. My father was a well-known doctor for being too kind, sometimes when the patients were having a problem with their bills and they couldn't afford it, he didn't charge them any bills, he let those people be cured for free. I admire my dad because of that, that's why I decided to take over the Hospital in the future and be a successful doctor who helps people just like my father.

When I went out of the hospital, I grabbed my umbrella from my bag, and I was about to walk but then I saw Angel from the same hospital. I stopped and just watched her and then I noticed that she didn't have an umbrella.

"It's late, is she not going to school?" I thought, but she was wearing her uniform so I was sure that she would go there. I wonder who was the one she visited inside.

While I kept watching her, I didn't realize what time it was, I also didn't know how many hours I had been watching her, then she suddenly runs away. I didn't know but my body voluntarily runs and followed her. Until she stopped and took rest beside a tall tree not to get herself wet, but then the rain could still drench her.

I took a deep breath and bravely went close to her.

One, two, three, four five, six... six steps and I stopped. I was back-and-forth, and I still couldn't go near her. I don't know, when it comes to Angel, I could feel my sheepishness and nervousness all the time.

I hated myself, "Jack, you're already there, just a few steps and you could finally talk to her," my mind was madly whispering to me.

and because the time was running, here it comes... I collected all the braveness that I had inside me and... and walked closer to her.

My heartbeat was beating too fast as I went closer to her. When I was finally near her, I lifted my umbrella and put it above her head, and then I looked in a different direction to lessen the nervousness I had at the moment.

"Jack?" I heard her said, and I was surprised that she knows my name. I looked at her and damn! My heart was fluttering, she was too close to me, but I should act normal and cool, that's why I just smiled.

"Going to school?" I smiled.

She nodded her head, "Yes, but I forgot to bring my umbrella due to an emergency," she responded.

"One from your family is in the hospital, am I right?" I said.

"Yes, how did you know?"

I smiled, "I saw you came out of the hospital and I followed you then..." I stopped when I just realized what just I spitted out to her. I didn't have to tell her that I was following her. I was dumbfounded, too embarrassing, huhu. But then she laughed.

"So, you were following me?" she said as she laughed and I was speechless. I almost sweating in embarrassment, I was an idiot! I must be careful. You're stupid JAck. I wanted to shout but I couldn't, of course. This is too much embarrassing.

Awkwardness was in front of me, and to get rid of it, I smiled once again.

"It's not really my intention to follow you, my body did; it whispered to me to follow you," I put it into a joke as I winked at her, smiling.

"You're funny!" she laughed. I knew I was blushing to take a glimpse of that smile of her, I could feel my cheeks burning, she was damn gorgeous that I couldn't resist smiling.

"I don't hate the rain right now, I guess I'm starting to love it," I thought, haha, I was corny, right? Haha.

"By the way, we have to catch the time, let's go together to the school, do you want?" I offered.

"I think I have no choice," she smiled, and stood beside me, and my lips shifted to grinning. I was the lucky one one earth, damn.

"Let's go?" I said.

" We are walking under one umbrella, but it was awkward to the fact that both of us were in silence, only my heart made a noise, it's beating was too. I glanced at Angel's face, she was above my shoulders, not a bad height. Well, she has long eyelashes and has an Angelic face. It was my first time walking with her, and being too close to her made my heart fluttered again.

"By the way who is the one you visited in the hospital?" I asked to broke the silence.

"My grandmother, she is old enough and weak," she responded.

"I'm sorry to hear that," I said snd she smiled. " Don't be sorry, that's life, and I am actually ready for any possibilities that might happen, I accepted it already," she explained, and I found her more interesting, she was brave and positive then.

"YOu have a point, people come and go- and we have nothing to do," I said.

"Yeah, by the way, thank you for walking me here," she said. I didn't realize that we were actually in front of the school.

"So, goodbye here now? Thank you once again," she said.

"Wait, let me walk you to your room," I said immediately, I wanted to buy more time with her.

" I'm fine, thank you," she said and she disappeared before I say a word...A sighed. But why did she have to cover her face and run away? Haha, I was walking to our room when someone just jumped from my back and hit my back.

"Hey, I guess, there is something that I needed to know?" the voice said, it was Zio.

"What are you doing here? It's late?" I asked.

"Don't change the topic, bro. It's obvious, I am late, easy reason. But the real question here is... what did I just saw?" he was fluttered by us and grinned in his creepiest way.

"Haha," I laughed. " None of your business, let's go to the room," I shouted and run as fast as I could to escape in his questions... And I could hear him shouting that I was unfair, hahaha, while here I am. laughing at him.
