At the Silversmith hunters' HQ, Dr. Miranda, the Silversmith family doctor, passed the curved needle under Arnold's thick skin with precision.

The grizzled hunter neither flinched nor winced in pain, as he was used to getting injured in the battlefield and was known for his rugged endurance.

“Aren't you done yet?” Arnold asked, his stern voice highlighting a hint of impatience. He fixed his eyes on the relaxed doctor's hands, a mixture of annoyance and curiosity etched on his face.

“Almost,” Dr. Miranda replied coolly, her expression serene, despite the grotesque wound on her patient’s chest. Without a hint of haste or urgency, her hands moved with practiced efficiency, deliberately gliding the needle into Arnold's chest, with a calm and focused intensity.
