GABRIEL

Grant and I were ecstatic that Angel’s Unity Day idea had such a big impact on Mom and the rest that heard about it. It was something that embodied the mission of the Supernatural Council after all.

Our mate had so much love and acceptance to pass around to all that needed it even if they did not realize that they did. It was fitting that her gift was light oriented because she was the light to everyone around her. She was so damn genuine and gave herself freely. If someone needed a shoulder to cry on, someone to support them, help with a project, or anything else, then they could bring it to her. She would either help them herself or know someone who could. Networking was also a forte of hers.

Bianca looked like she was not enjoying her stay here. Normally, she was always dressed to the nines. Now, her hair was dull and had absolutely no makeup on her face, which showed that her normal look was certainly not natural. It also looked like she had not been sleeping well.

BIANCAWho the fuck did she think that she was? That bitch was no fucking Luna and never would be if I had anything to do with it. There were still connections that I had in that academy, ones who would do anything that I said. What needed to happen was me being able to contact the outside world. It was horrible that they put me in this dingy place. I did nothing wrong. Kalen deserved everything that she got. If David had just accomplished what I had told him to then she would have been ruined for Maddox. He would never look at her again. Now, she was his girl. I was not buying it.David really thought I cared about him, but he was just one of my dozens of pawns. Hmm. Perhaps I could find a way to reach out to Sharice. She owed me after I helped her get rid of that little bitch. Well, actually, she was gotten rid of for me, but I let Sharice think that it was her idea. She even believed the ridiculous lie that the little bitch was dating a guy that Sharice liked. The pup was fourteen a

ANGELMy heart hurt over everything that we had learned from Orla. It was positively disgusting what all Bianca had done. That level of evil was one that I had seen only one other time. Josef and Bianca were very similar. We all decided to come back for Sharice’s interrogation tomorrow because there were more important matters to attend to right now. My heart broke for Daisy because she had been kept alive as leverage and raised as an orphan even if she was not one. I supposed that the one silver lining with it was that Bianca did not get a chance to harm her or corrupt her. There was no telling how old she was though. She would not have needed to be marked, given the fact that she was a hybrid. It made me wonder how she hid her pregnancy from everyone. I would assume it was through magic somehow, whether her own or someone else’s magic. Hopefully, either her father or grandparents would want to take her in. If not then we would gladly take her and find her a loving family to adopt her

ANGEL They were not aware of anything for the past three years. What in the fuck was going on? That explained how she got away with shit. Her parents lost the past three years… Fucking hell. Elle gave me some dehydrated parthayberries that she always kept on hand for a pick-me-up whenever she needed it. I immediately popped them because the cleansing them of the dark magic took a toll on me. “Please sit. There’s a lot to talk about,” Alpha Elijah told her parents. He then introduced all of us. I could see that they were out of sorts right now and were very confused. Hopefully, they will be able to move on from this. Bianca took three years of their lives without their knowledge or consent. Goddess, she had absolutely no moral compass or things that she refused to do, ensuring that her wants and needs were always taken care of, fuck the rest. I did not hate easily, but I did hate her. “Everything that we’re going to tell you is true,” Elle promised. “It seems that you’re missing t

  • Fated to the Alphas - Chased by Chaos   Chapter 59

GABRIEL There was a loud knock coming from the front door of our suite, pulling me away from blissful sleep with my arms wrapped around my mate. Who in the hell would be banging on the door at 6:30 in the morning? Ugh. This better be good or else I might have to punt whoever the fuck it was out of an open window. Carefully, I slipped out of bed. Angel immediately sought out Grant’s warmth. I threw on a pair of shorts and grabbed a shirt before exiting the room. Saying that I was surprised at who was on the other side of the door would be an understatement. Anya stood there with her fist raised to knock again. Anya was nearly five years older than us. She had been adopted by Uncle Gabriel and Aunt Ansley when Ada, her mother, was killed. Being a hybrid, both witch and shifter, she had potent magic because she was given her mother’s magic before she died. Having to learn how to harness magic by the time you were five must have been stressful. However, her magic helped her become one

GRANT There were times in my life when I was angry and furious. Calm and collected was my typical demeanor. That was until a fuse was lit, and the dangerous side of me was released. Angel’s presence was the only thing that kept me grounded when I saw the faces of six traitors. It was like a rough punch to the gut. How did we not realize that there were traitors in our midst? How long have they been like this? What would be the amount of damage that was amassed by their betrayal? “I verified that our schedule has changed just a bit. They’re stopping off at a Hunter’s Guild that act as mercenaries for the right price. They’ll be able to infiltrate the pack boundary with ease. On the sixteenth right before dawn, they’ll send in the first wave. The six of us have the most important part of this mission. It’s our job to secure Angel Vester and hand her over into the care of Río de Fuego,” Denton said with a sleezy smirk. The would not be getting within ten feet of our girl and would pay

  • Fated to the Alphas - Chased by Chaos   Chapter 61

GRANT None of us fell back to sleep once we got back to the bedroom, stuck in our heads. My brother and I had laid there with our arms wrapped around our mate. We were thankful that Gramps had guided us through what we saw or else we would not have been any the wiser. We called for an emergency meeting with our leadership to explain everything that we had learned from the future walk. So, we were sitting inside the conference room at 9:00 A.M. and waiting for everyone to join us. Angel had not said a single word since we woke up from the future walk. Her emotions were muted, and she was staring off at nothing. We were honestly really fucking worried but were trying our damnedest to keep our emotions under control. She did not need any additional stress right now. Mom set coffees down in front of us, but Angel did not even seem to notice. Mom looked at us, clearly wondering if she was okay. I honestly did not have the answer to that. I swallowed hard and averted my eyes so that she

GABRIEL“Where’s your best half?” Ryker asked as he dropped down on the ground beside me.I chuckled because that was an accurate description of Angel. Best half was exactly what she was.Dad had told us that our mates, when it was part of a healthy mateship, would make us stronger and make us better. Grant and I had always felt like we were stronger around Angel. She made us more determined to succeed and far more determined to be the best versions of ourselves that we could be.It also made sense why some packs had rules about heirs taking over only once they had met their mate. Lunas made the Alphas stronger. Well, at least the non-corrupted ones and all. Although Dad was a great Alpha for this pack even before he met Mom. However, he would even say that she helped to bring a strength to this pack that it had never known before.“She’s working with the littles. They love being trained by Ms. Angel. Super fucking adorable,” I said with a goofy smile, thinking about how great my girl

ANGEL Tonight was perfect for taking a midnight stroll through the woods with the starry sky above me. A full moon provided enough light for me to see where I was going. A warm breeze caressed me, welcoming me into this picture-perfect moment. I was trying to remember where I was because I had not come across a single person since I started walking. It seemed that there was something blocking my memory. It was maddening. There was a light up ahead. Did I follow it and see what it was, or did I just keep walking aimlessly? Screw it. Angel Vester was no coward. The light was from a cabin. One would think that I had seen enough horror films that I would turn around and run away as quickly as I could. Well, they would be wrong because I was already walking onto the porch. There was something pulling me here, but I had no idea why. The door swung open, and I saw my biological mother. She looked just like she had when I saw the vision of her singing to me. Well, without the pregnancy

To all of my amazing readers,I want to send out my deepest gratitude for all of your support with not only “Fated to the Alpha’s – Chased by Chaos” but also the rest of the books within the Fated Universe. The beginning of “Fated Rejection – Fated Claim” had been a brief brush stroke that continued until something much bigger evolved. Each new character, each new journey, and each new struggle painted even more depth. The moment that Elle held an infant Angel in her arms was the moment that I realized what her fate would end up being. It took patience to get us to the point where their journey would begin, but it was worth the wait. I was thrilled with the amazing support that I found within each comment, each like, each gem, and each word of encouragement. The introduction of Caiathus in the first book was really the first crack that hit the wall between the supernatural species. I knew then that the Fated Universe would not be complete unless it paid homage to the diversity within t

VIOLETI stood at the cliff’s edge and watched as the sun peeked over the horizon, painting the sky a plethora of colors. It normally signified the beginning of a new day, but today it signified a possible beginning of the end.Life had not been easy. There was always a fight occurring. It was Mom fighting for us in the beginning. Then it was me fighting for my sister once Mom was gone. Now, it was me fighting for them both.It was crazy to think about how much my life had changed since that night – the night when I learned the truth.I once heard someone say, ‘people can’t change the truth, but the truth can change people.’ That quote stuck with me because it was simplistic yet had an unmistakable depth to it as well. The truth really did change me. Not only did I find out that a mere human was precisely what I was not, but I also found out that Mom didn’t actually die two years ago. Nope. She was betrayed by her husband and given over to a group of sadistic assholes who hunted supern

BLAKELYI had always prided myself on my strength, just like many of those from Alpha blood did. However, I felt anything but strong lately. It was ironic that all it took was someone who was supposed to be my soulmate to destroy what I had once thought were the best parts of who Blakely Ayla Rosenthall was.Not everything was Kol’s fault. I was fully aware of that, but it did not change the way my heart was breaking a little more each time something like this happened. My wings propelled me from the ground, leaving behind a guilt-ridden Kol. My eyes burned as tears filled them. They could not be contained no matter how hard I tried to keep them at bay.His words rang in my head, bouncing around like a cannonball set to destroy everything in its path.‘What a selfish fucking whore you are. All you care about is yourself. I don’t fucking need you and would be better off without you.’It was the work of an internal binding that we had yet to find a reversal for. Its magic always took hol

EMERSONIt had been a year since we took our posts as Nightshade’s leadership. While I would love to say that it had always been smooth sailing, that would be a damn lie.Six months ago, we had another pack issue an official challenge. It was not a common thing to do but did occasionally occur. Instead of infiltrating a pack, Alphas could technically challenge for a pack instead. You had the right to decline, but that would make it appear to other packs that you were weak.Instead of challenging me, they went after Mia, believing that she would be the easier opponent. They were, of course, mistaken. Mia and I were right on par with each other. The fucker cheated and got some wolfsbane into her. Thankfully, she inherited Mom’s affinity for light and used it to burn the wolfsbane off. She ended up winning the challenge, which then invalidated the claim to his own pack.It was a damn good thing that he had challenged her because his pack was suffering underneath his leadership. MIAI was incredibly thankful that Atlas came to find me when I had run away from him. A coward, that was what I had been and needed to escape before I fell completely apart. That would not be something that I could come back from…To know he actually craved me in the same way that I craved him was absolutely invigorating. It was liberating too.I had always harbored a secret crush on Atlas. Our parents were very close, so we grew up together. He had always been that bright soul who made sure everyone was taken care of. He would go out of his way to ensure that people were happy. Goddess, he was innately empathetic just like his mother. He was also a warrior just like his father.Ryker, his father, had been someone that my parents always admired because he did not know the meaning of the word quit. Many people had thought he would fail as a warrior simply because he was human, but he told them to sit back and watch him shine. He did not become a warrior only because my parents inducted

GRANT(Five years following Epilogue 2)Goddess, it felt like yesterday when my brother and I were experiencing this day ourselves. It was one that we had both looked forward to and dreaded at the same time. Our eighteenth birthday – the day when we could scent our mate, came with a set of complex emotions. We had been in love with Angel for years prior to that day. We had decided that we would finally open up to her and share our hearts while praying that she was receptive to it all.We had always been confident guys, knowing who we were to our family, our friends, and our pack. However, we had both been insecure when it came to Angel because she was our dream, and one that we had desperately wished to come true. We had been afraid of facing any kind of rejection when it came to her because Angel was it for us.The day that we turned eighteen turned out to be one of the highlights of our life because we were granted our deepest desire. We were granted our completion.Life had its ups

  • Fated to the Alphas - Chased by Chaos   Epilogue 2

ANGEL(8 years after Epilogue 1)Today was going to be a great day! It was Mia and Emerson’s thirteenth birthday party. This was one of two big pack-wide birthday celebrations for our heirs. The next would be when they turned eighteen just like we had done when my boys had turned eighteen.Goddess, it felt like a lifetime ago when I had taken the cowardly way out and avoided their party all because I was terrified that they would find a mate that was not me. I had shed so many tears over a possible reality, which turned out to be wasted because they had always been mine with, or without, a fated mate-bond.It felt just like yesterday when the bonds snapped into place. Many people have asked me what it was like to have two mates. It was a difficult concept for some people to wrap their heads around. It was different for us because the three of us had always been inseparable. We were an efficient team. So, the transition was seamless because we were the same as we had always been but wit

GABRIEL(Five years later)Life was one hell of a rollercoaster. That was the best way to explain it.Our leadership had all been nervous as fuck to step into our roles, but it was the utmost honor to be given the chance to serve our people. It was something that we never took for granted.Nightshade flourished quite a bit over the past five years. The programs that we began had made quite an impact. There was a lot of excitement about the warrior program that began earlier. There was a huge turnout in year one. Each subsequent year gained even more popularity. Ryker was the one to spearhead the program, and we were incredibly proud of what he was able to accomplish. The ambassador program that we developed was actually picked up by allied packs because they saw the usefulness of it. Angel had developed a course that walked leaderships through how to create their own program for it. Just like everything she touched, the course became gold. The trade school was a booming part to our pac
