Curl went to join them, Little Ben and Iliya were standing beside the guard, while Little Ben was Laughing at him, and as Curl approched them, unfortunately the guard mustered up as much strength as he could and threw his arm around with a power punch
"Duck!"
Before Curl could get to know what it was, he caught the power punch, he fell on the ground with a big thud.
"Curl!!!" Pradai ran to Curl, but he was unconscious, they were trying to get him up but he was down, he wasn't waking up.
"What are we going to do now?" Pradai asked them.
Meanwhile, the guard rushed to the gate, banging it hard continuously.
"What is he doing?" Iliya wondered.
"The Lynx Lynch outside… he is calling the Lynx Lynch outside!" Pradai said out loud
"We have to get out of here" Iliya said as they got up, dragging Curl with them.

Curl and Little Ben were sitting 'round the fire they set, it was calm and void of violence and they saw no other shadow except that of total tranquil and the magical chanting of the crickets.Even so, the young Meivs were out of words, they were still existing in the past event and hadn't quite moved on with their minds and spirits yet, but with the circumstances presented before them, they had no other choice, than to accept total forward-ever. Even if it cost them everything.Little Ben stood up and walked towards where Pradai and Iliya layed. Pradai had passed out once they got out of the abandoned castle's surroundings, so Little Ben carried her. They had also been taking care of Iliya's leg. Little Ben was going to check on Iliya and add more medicine on her leg, if need be."Where are we?" Pradai tried to get up but she was very weak so she layed back"Hey Curl she is awake!"Curl came over and helped Pra
Curl, Pradai and Little Ben set out the next day to seek old man Gaius's help. When they reached to the tree house, it was so quiet and cool."Okay. So this is it, are you sure about this?" Curl asked Pradai"Something doesn't feel right, I mean, this place is just so quiet, it seems like he hasn't been home for days, the grass are overgrown, and dried leaves are all scattered around." Pradai added."Haha don't worry, I know old man Gaius, is just one of his tricks, I won't fall for it this time"As they were still discussing, Little Ben rushed up to the tree house. "Wait! what are you doing? Trust me you don't want to open that door" Curl advised Little Ben taking steps up, bit by bit."Huh? You mean this door? Don't worry I want to open it, this creepy door, no infact I will kick it down!""No no""Stop being ridiculous Curl. You over react most of the times, you know, chill. Not that I am
Pradai was still in that form, she didn't know what was going on. She started hitting her head, again and again, in and was in a deep confused state. Curl and Little Ben were confused as well as to why she was hitting her head so hard.Only her knew why. And it was nothing but the voice in her head. She looked at the White Fairy wing and then changed back to her normal self. Feeling strange. She looked all around her and to Curl and Little Ben.They were curious to know what was going on with her, she opened her mouth to talk and they paid special attention to grab everything, but she didn't say any word, as if it was too heavy. She staggered back, breathing heavily and pointing at the White Fairy Wing."What did you do to me?!" Pradai yelled at the white Fairy Wing."I am not responsible for your trials Pradai monk"She looked back at Curl and Little Ben but they were speechless, with their blank but conf
Pradai, Curl and Little Ben got back to where they were hiding. It was all about Mountains for Iliya, so it was a good idea to stay around the mountains, but in a better place where they won't be found easily. They had been away for a long time without knowing it, for the mountains were tricky. They didn't go back straight because they were stopping in every corner, talking, eating exhausted and sleeping. Fortunately for Iliya, they had left some good fruits, vegetables and meat, enough to even take her for a few days.By the time they had returned it was already the morning of the next day. Iliya was glad to see Pradai. But Pradai wasn't happy, but still, she tried to smile at the one she loved. Curl and Little Ben went on to hunt and get more fruits, while Pradai went straight to Iliya, sitting next to her."Iliya I'm sorry we stayed away for long, I don't know, This mountain is really really something else." Pradai said shaking
They all retired to sleep after their meal, but they had an unexpected visitor, the worst enemy they could think of.Something kept crawling and circling around them as they slept in the middle just some meters away from each other. It growled ansy sniffed as it circle's around it's prey, getting ready to attack on any slightest movement from them. Both Elves and Meivs has a strong sense of hearing. It didn't know, but they were awake, except Pradai. They were laying low, watching its movement and making sure they don't move their body, although they weren't seeing what it was fully, but with the moon light which shined upon the mountains, they were able to see it's shadow, it was a hideous monster indeed, one that they have met before, surviving it now would be a gamble."... What are we going to do now?" Little Ben asked Curl telepathically."Nothing, we can't do anything now.""You know this thing, whatever it is, is goin
As they were running out of that place, they met yet another adversary.A Lynx Lynch showed up and blocked their path way, looking more fierce, eyes filled with contempt and blood."No way!" Curl said, they didn't believe it, They had almost thought it was only a dream, but right in front of them was a Lynx Lynch, one they have met before."Run!" They turned around to follow another path but to their astonishment, two able bodied Meivs holding two daggers showed up behind them. They looked fierce as well, and strong, but not as much as the Lynx Lynch."No. You're not going anywhere" said the Lynx Lynch, with terror in his eyes, but what they didn't understand was why this particular Lynx Lynch came for them, and why did he come without other Lynx Lynchs. There was no way out, and they were sure enough that it wasn't going to be easy to get pass them, and whatever it was, the Lynx Lynch wasn't going to spare thei
For a moment, she stood to appreciate the added blood and power, she was full of energy, and power. The two Meivs ran away as fast as their legs could carry them, they were fast runners anyway, climbing and running through trees and on ground just to get away from her."Fools, if I wanted to kill you I would have done so a long time ago. Mmmm I feel like to…" Curl, Little Ben and Iliya were staring at her and were a bit afraid."... I feel like to kill! Mm if I kill more, that's more power" she smiled. They looked at each other with more fear in their eyes as she mentioned killing."Pradai, you're not yourself right now please calm down" Iliya pleaded with her"You're wrong, I'm myself… I'm Pradai and I'm a Lycan-vamp, this is who I am""No please, is playing with your head, you can fight it! Please fight it"Pradai didn't talk for a while, but kept looking at herself, at her bloody h
The two Meivs who ran away from Pradai found their way to the Councilors chamber. They ran inside and bowed down to the Councilors, shaking in fear and breathing profusely like wounded bears. Apparently they had been finding it hard to tell anyone of their encounter because it was something they have not seen before, a Lynx Lynch killed just in a matter of minutes. It was something their minds and hearts had to debate because the water being poured into the strong golden cup was breaking the gold itself."Speak" said the Chief councilor reluctantly, he didn't care about what their faces said, only what their mouth confessed."Another Lynx Lynch has been killed""What!!? Wait another Lynx Lynch? Who did this? Why aren't their reports?! Who did this! Who dares!?is it the Thogwarts? Who?! " Asked the Chief councilor raging in anger, but with sprinkles of doubts and atoms of confusion—the possibility wasn't possible."The human"
As if the morning was also anticipating the big day for Iliya, Peregrin and the ViNenar sà, the youngest squad from the Elvish army. They all got out from the walls of the city to the nearest mountain where their leader briefed them. Only if they knew how much danger they were running right into. Even so, as a leader, Peregrin knew better than anyone else that every little detail matters when it came down to secret missions. Iliya held her sword in her hand, glancing at it like it was the first time she had ever seen it. With a deep sigh, she closed her eyes and brought the sword to her chest. "To be one with one's weapon, one must accept whatever comes with and from it" Peregrin said, approaching Iliya. Iliya opened her eyes and glanced at his squad. "Are they ready?" "Are you?" Peregrin retorted. Iliya didn't answer. She would have to be most nervous. "Of all of us here, you're the one who's afraid the most. And I'm beginning to wonder, perh
Iliya couldn't figure out what to do next, her heart ached but so much so her broken strength and faith. And as she watched the new moon from one of the city tops, hanging on a cliff, memories of Pradai surfaced, flooding in like quick clips in a blue spiral. She smiled as she burst into tears. "I'm sorry, Pradai" She said in tears. She had managed to carry her leg as it was all through it all, pretending that it never existed, but it was apparent and was hurting so much like her heart did. She didn't have to give up, and there was no other option than to find another way, which would need a lot of thinking. Her heart beat was all she heard, since the night was a quiet and peaceful one. But she heard footsteps approaching, on turning around, she caught a young warrior halfway toward her with one of his legs raised up. He smiled sheepishly "Hey, sorry. Didn't mean to creep you out…" "It's okay—" "But what are you doing here?" He mo
Getting back to old times was divine. Life would be alot better without the worries, pain, the fights and the what nots. It was what she felt and saw standing on the brush of the mountain which descended to the lake below the cave. Prince Drukk walked majestically to her side with a sigh. He wasn't feeling it, he didn't agree to whatever her demand was. But he was even more disappointed when his one and only sister didn't come to see her. "I have missed you, Drukk…" wishing it could change something. "But that's not why you came…" Prince Drukk led his arms behind his back. "What you ask for it's almost impossible" "But I need help. I need to save my friends, please. You can understand that, don't you?" "The only friend I had was you. I can't understand" he replied abruptly. "Then I would have to meet father" iliya stated with a determined grip. "Huh?" Said Prince Drukk, waiting for iliya to realize what she was talking about. "I ne
The tweeting of the forest birds feeding her ears, and the harmless rays of the sun working wonders on her delicate skin, and the sweet fragrance of the grasses and flowers which pleasured her sense of smell was what waked Iliya. She flicked her eyes open but sun shine smiled into her bright blue eyes and she shut them immediately. So she turned around and opened her eyes to see where she was lying down, it was okay. And when she tried getting up, she then realized that she was really weak and needed an energy boost. She got up regardless at the remembrance of Pradai and what she might be going through at that moment, it gave her enough strength to forge ahead. She staggered her way through the thick unpredictable forest and with each step she made, she held herself so as not to fall down. She threaded like that and after some big time had passed, she came upon a cleared portion in the forest whic
Iliya instructed them to get some strong log of woods and find bush ropes. And in no time, the two young Meivs had Iliya's request granted. And she single-handedly made herself a supporting pillar on her leg.How she did it, they had no idea of, for it seemed like she had some experience before in doing wonders with woodsticks and bush ropes. They saw that she was crafty, and her craft was indeed mastered. It only took Iliya a few moments to set up completely, what she needed to be able to walk by herself. It didn't look less like a clutch, nor did it look much like an artificial leg. The woodsticks were placed seperately and single paced, facing each other and the bush ropes were used to tie them together while making a space in the middle– enough to have her legs comforted by it. The ropes also had an intersection which made the final draw, when she had her legs inside the craft with strong confidentiality.
"Wh...what ..do you mean she is in danger?" Iliya asked Curl. It took him a moment to get himself together, he sat right."She is fighting some, umm I didn't see it very well, but she is not in a good spot right now, she is probably fighting or , whatever. All I know is that she is in danger."We should go look for her! We can't leave her by herself!" Iliya trembled."Cool down, you can't do anything much in this condition" Little Ben said to Iliya."But I think she can take care of herself , right? She killed a Cruk, and two Lynx Lynchs, who else can do that?" Little Ben added , looking at both of them, but nothing was helping Iliya's feelings, nothing was helping, because she was still panicking."Come on, we are talking about Pradai here. Whoever she is fighting against, I am sure she will be fine… right? …Curl say something… is there something else you are not telling us?"&
"So, the day is finally over?" Little Ben said as he climbed down from tbe tree with a bunch of fruits in his hands."No, is Just getting started, silly" Curl said with a hiss.Little Ben handed some fruits to Iliya who was sitting down on the ground, enjoying the feels of the grasses, and the cool and soothing wind from the trees."Boss, aren't we going to eat meat tonight?""You know where to get them, don't you?""Aish, you do your thing best.""We will manage the remaining meat inside until tomorrow. I just want to rest. Now, we should be going back inside before someone sees us"."Ouch, just a little time mm? I like the fresh air" Iliya pleaded."I wish but we have stayed here for many hours, we can't risk getting captured. Besides there's enough air inside…""I know, but the view and everything, you don't get it inside.""That's not a proble
Kar was under the protection of Pradai, and even though the Lynx Lynchs wanted nothing but to make a mess of him for betraying them—so they thought. They would have to go through Pradai first. And the said demon obviously wouldn't have a problem making a mess of them."I'm tired of fighting, but trust me, this demon and this beast is never tired of sucking blood, and absorbing the living out of you beings! Now I will only warn you this once, go away from here, or you won't even have the chance to regret it!"The two Lynx Lynchs looked at each other, eager to fight till their last drop of blood themselves, still they were facing a supposed stronger opponent."Fine then!" Yelled one of the Lynx Lynchs as he attacked first, with all the strength and power he had, and at that first strike, he was able to give Pradai a fatal blow that knocked her down to the ground!. The rusted leaves on the ground were blown away by her fall, and the L
