Chapter 31: you will never be ready

Sonia threw her hands in the air and exited the room. I held the bedsheets and tears streamed out of my eyes non stop. The pain can't be compared to. It feels like my heart has been shattered into pieces.

" You want to go back there?" He asked, his voice calm but I can feel the anger in it.

" No " I whimpered, the taste of mucus hit my tongue and I wiped my nose with the back of my hand.

" Then why the tears? " He asked, " I don't know if I'm the one imagining things but his voice was soft.

" I, i lost my pregnancy " I muttered and the tears gosh out.

" When was that?" He asked,

" I don't know "

I stood by the side and watch her cry like a baby on the bed. Mucus drooled into her mouth and she wipe it off with the back of her hand. I don't think of anything that will make her want to go back to that pack. When Sonya told me, my heart ache. If it's just only Nora, I can drop her there myself but my unborn child is also in the picture, I can't risk his or her life because o
