Chapter 179

It has been five hours since Roy was unconscious. Cara sat beside him and won't leave him all by himself. Laurel and Priya were there, including Kyle and Nathan but they were already dozing off. It was only Cara that was awake. Despite the fact that Laurel and Priya tried to get her to sleep or rather have some rest. She won't give in to their proposal. She watched Roy as he laid still on the bed. She smiles and soon bursted into tears. She felt uncomfortable seeing Roy that way. She started having her doubts about what they had done to revive him.

"Roy... you have to get up... this is taking too long," Cara said and sobbed. Laurel overheard her. She got up and walked up to Cara with the aim of consoling her. She rubbed her back with her palm and hugged her from behind.

"Roy is stronger than that... He would eventually get up," Laurel said in low tone. Kyle and Nathan also got up when they heard some indistinct chatter. They all moved closer to Cara and all stood by her. Priya mused
