I feel a presence in the room with me but I don’t turn to see who it is. I can feel their warmth so I know they do not mean me any harm. “Davina?”I turn to see Dimitri in the doorway.“Justin has woken up. He’s going to be okay.”I stand and give Maliyah a kiss on her head before following Dimitri. Justin was the last person, besides Maliyah, to speak with Malayah in her final days. I need to know what happened. We walk into the make shift hospital wing downstairs and head straight for the bed Justin is in. As we approach him, I see him wince in pain as he tries to sit up.“Dimitri? Boy am I glad to see you again. I wasn’t sure I would ever return home again. Where is Malayah?”I look at him with sad eyes as he registers what they are saying. His smile falters as he lowers his head, allowing a tear fall down his cheek.“I’m sorry. I failed, I didn’t help her enough,” he says in a whisper.“Do not feel like you failed Justin. You were sent as a spy to gather intel. This was not a res
DerekAfter lunch we head out to the clearing to hand down the punishments to those who were captured. They are lucky we didn’t kill them. Nero has been in a murderous mood since we returned home with Malayah’s lifeless body and then watching Maliyah collapse into a coma. He didn’t want anyone to live and it took all my strength to rein him. Akira had to help me calm him down. Davina walks up to the rogues one by one. They all scream in agony as their animals are ripped from them, turning them human. The witches and warlocks have shackles on that is preventing them from using their powers as Davina strips their magic from them with Dimitri behind her wiping out their memories. Gabriel and other warlocks teleport them out of the state to live the lives they were given. Once the easy part was finished, Davina walks to my side as Carole is led out in silver chains. I can feel her anger rising as we watch Carole. I take her hand and kiss the back of it, hoping it’ll calm her down. As Ca
Maliyah As soon as I see the pack house in view I collapse. Everything has gone dark. Did I die? Did I use too much power and kill myself? I feel like I should be cold as death takes over but what I feel is warmth and love. I look to my left and see a light. I really must’ve died if I am seeing the light. I look at my surrounds and all I see is darkness so I don’t have a choice and walk towards the light. When my eyes adjust to the blinding light I see I am in a beautiful garden and by the water I see Malayah with her wolf, Leila, and my dragon, Terra. My eyes water at the site of her. If this is death and I get to be with her, then I welcome it. “Malayah!?” She turns to face me and smiles. I rush to her side and my body collides with hers as I embrace her. We are both crying as we hold each other, something I haven’t done in ages. “I’m so sorry I didn’t listen to you Maliyah.” “I’m sorry I didn’t go with you. I should’ve been there to protect you against him.” We laugh at eac
Hey y'all I first have to say forgive me for killing of Malayah. Since the beginning I knew one of them would die and as the story developed and Malayah become the headstrong and rebellious one. I felt she would be the one to get herself into trouble resulting in her death. I will begin posting chapters for Book 3 Revenge by August!! Let me know if y'all have any ideas you want to see int his book. Book 3 will be the conclusion of Davina’s journey and her fight against her brother. The bloodshed doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon with more kidnappings and attacks on the Palmetto Pack. Maliyah is still in her coma with no signs of waking up. Alastor is getting desperate to get Maliyah back and is now targeting other realms and packs to get what he wants. Will Davina finally defeat her brother and live happily with her family and pack? I plan for three more books to follow Davina's children. The fourth being called The Silver Dragon Series: Maliyah's Mates. 8 years will have passe
I hope y'all are as excited as I am. I'll release two chapters Mondays and Fridays. I hope y'all like. Please comment or use those gems to let me and GoodNovel know y'all love the story so I can keep writing the sequels. Thank y'all for supporting my books. Revenge will be the conclusion of the Silver Dragon Trilogy but don't fret. I plan to make 3 sequels that will follow her children's destiny's starting with Maliyah. The twins will then follow and lastly will be Davina's and Derek's last child but I won't give away names, you'll have to read Revenge to find out. Thanks again and enjoy!
Alastor It’s taking me too long to recovery, granted I have been impatient and keep ripping my wounds open. Maliyah did quite the number on me. She’s more powerful that I thought she would be for her age. From what my spies have reported, Maliyah is still in a coma and the pack is about to have their funeral for Malayah and Keila. Last I spoke with Henry, he reported of a fairy that foresaw Maliyah’s future. Her future marrying that stupid elf prince, Aspen. I can’t let that happen. Breaking into the fairy realm is not easy and Thomas has been working on a way to get through their defenses without detection. I’d rather this be a smooth operation, but things have not been going our way lately. I stare at my reflection and exam my wounds. I’ll definitely have a gnarly scar across my chest that leads down to my lower back. I commend Maliyah for her fighting skills. She shouldn’t have been able to even touch me. “Do you finally have a plan? Everyone is pretty much recovered,” says Th
Derek It’s been a month since Maliyah fell into a coma and she has showed no signs of waking up. Davina has done her best to ensure she spends time with the twins, but if she is not with them she is by Maliyah’s side. It’s time we move forward with the funeral, we can’t wait any longer. My mother walks in the nursery just as I am changing Accalia. Thierry is running around his little play area like a mad man. He’ll be able to climb that gated play yard soon. “He is just like you when you were this age,” mom laughs as she scoops Thierry in her arms. “I ran around like the road runner?” “Yep. We couldn’t get you to sit still to save your life.” She puts down Thierry and I set Accalia down, letting the twins run around together. I can’t believe they are already three. So much has happened since they were born. I feel bad they will never get to meet their sister, Malayah. “How is she today mom?” “No change Derek. The important thing is to stay hopeful and pray to the moon goddess
Katerina“River! Are you sure you and Katherine want to stay?”“Yeah mom. I’d rather Katherine not travel so close to giving birth,” River replies.“Okay, your father and I will be back in about a week or so.”I worry about my sister and my niece. I am hoping Cedar and Joy can give us more insight to her condition. I don’t understand why Maliyah has yet to wake up. Her injuries have healed a long time ago.“You ready babe,” asks my mate, Kale.“Yep.”I close my eyes and teleport us to the fairy realm. I wish I knew about this ability a long time ago. As soon as we arrive I see Cedar and Joy by the lake. They both smile and walk over to greet us.“Katerina! Kale! We’ve missed you,” says Joy as she pulls me into a hug.&ldqu
