Upon seeing the bloodstains on Quinn and Xavier, Lisa and Lorraine were taken aback.

Lisa rushed over to Quinn and asked, "What happened? Are you injured?"

"I'm fine, Mom. There was a big pileup on the expressway, so I stopped to help."

"You're both soaked through! Go take a hot shower right away. You too, Xav!" Lisa exclaimed. They were both dripping wet, and she was worried that they might catch a cold.

"Thanks, Ms. Gatrell," Xavier said. He offered her a warm smile.

Maurice felt deeply unsettled. In the past, Lisa was all about him. Yet now, even after he humbled himself to beg her, she wouldn't even give him the time of day.

"Come on, let's head inside," Lisa said to Quinn and Xavier.

Quinn glanced over at Maurice.

Upon seeing that, Maurice couldn't help but cower. After everything Quinn had done to him, he was actually a bit scared of her now.

"Get lost. You're defiling our place," Quinn said coldly.

"Did you see that, Lisa? Is this how you've raised your daughter? She
