Just as he reached the doorstep, he heard Abigail’s shriek which brought him back to reality. He turned back and saw Riley rush out carrying Owen in his arms.
“Dad…” He exclaimed and helped Riley to carry him to the car.
“Open your eyes. What happened to you?” He shouted anxiously.
“We need to go to the hospital fast,” Riley responded.
