Hunter’s POV

“You are been careless about this,” Lucas said.

I just got back home after warning Nelly to stay the fuck away from my home.

“I know what I’m doing?.” I replied.

“Just like you knew what you were doing four years back.” Immediately those words flew out of his mouth, my hand made contact with his face.

Fuck, I don’t mean to hurt Lucas but what he said triggered something in me.

“Fuck you.” Lucas’s yelled while leaving.

I just messed up again just like I always did, I shouldn’t have raised my hand on Lucas, we are already in crisis because of Darwin, and we need to stay together, I need to stop allowing my anger to take the best of me.
