Camilla's POV

I decided to cut the chase so we don't waste each other's time. “ Now listen, you might not respect your mother because of whatever bullshit she did to you. I get it and you have every right to be angry but what you don't have right to do is transfer your aggression to others who are innocent. I won't sit back and allow you to disrespect my mom…” I took a deep breath before continuing. “and your mom left for so long now, it's time for you to move on and suck it up like a man. STOP ACTING LIKE A DAMN CHILD!”

He was looking at me, his eyes red and jaws on the floor in bewilderment. I turned to go but he snatched my bicep, dragging me back and caging me between his body.

“Who gave you the right to talk to me about my mother?” He snarled, I was scared shitless from his changed demeanor but I didn't let it show.

“Well darling, someone has to tell you the hard truth.”

That angered him even more. “YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO TELL ME HOW TO REACT TO WHAT MY MOTHER DID.”
