Chapter 16: Bachelor Party

Diego's POV

“Cheers, bro!” One of my classmates raised his glass. I smiled and did the same. “Cheers to the groom!” they shouted. I shook my head while looking at them. I drank my champagne while the loud music conquered the room.

This night is the bachelor’s party. I invited my friends, some businessmen, and, of course, some of my schoolmates from before. Sam is also having her bridal shower.

“Congratulations, bro,” Garry said, the one who spoke earlier. He's one of my schoolmates from high school, to be exact. We sometimes had contact, but because of busy schedules, we rarely met. He's a businessman, too.

“Thank you, bro. How’s your wife and Keith?” I asked him. Keith is their son. He chuckled and held my shoulder.

“We already have two kids, and guess what? My wife is pregnant again,” he said proudly. I smiled.
