Chapter 7~Nightmares and Visions~

Elizabeth walked to a clear area with Noah. Elizabeth grabbed two thin, but long, logs and tossed one to Noah, he caught it and went into a ready position. She smiled a bit and copied his position, he showed her various positions and fighting styles for 4 hours then said, "Let's end it for the day, yea?". Elizabeth nodded and sat in the grass panting and gulping down her water, "You did good today, tomorrow I can show you blocking techniques if you want" She finally cached her breath and nodded "Only if Damien hasn't cleaned up his act by then I guess" Noah thought for a second then snapped "Why don't we all train together!?" Elizabeth smiled "That's sweet but Damien needs to watch my brother or I do, speaking of that it's Damien's turn to train with you"

Noah shrugged "I don't know if he will like that but ok" Noah helped her up and Elizabeth shrugged "He can get over it" they walked back to the cave and saw Damien reading to Sean and Elizabeth's heart fluttered, it was one of the cutest things she had ever seen. She shook her head fast after realizing she was smiling and blushing a bit much, Elizabeth coughed lightly, and Damien looked up. "Welcome back Liz, look I'm sorry for earlier and I'm sorry to you to Noah" Noah smiled and nodded. Elizabeth went over to Sean and ruffled his hair, "You sleepy yet?" He nodded slowly and Liz smiled, "Then let's lay down and sleep, ok?" Sean nods and Elizabeth lays on the other side of Sean. Damien stares at Elizabeth for a bit and he noticed something he didn't notice before, Elizabeth had a tiny scar under her left eye, and other than the fact that her eyes glow in the moonlight, she had two different colored eyes, one was hazel, and the other one was a deep brown, and her lips looked so kissable and smooth that he didn't notice he was leaning in. Until Elizabeth fully looked up and pressed her finger against his lips and raised one eyebrow, "What do you think you're doing sir" Damien snaps out of it and turns bright pink. "N-nothing! -" he covered his mouth after saying that too loud then looked at the still sleeping Sean, he did a nervous but quiet laugh "Just looking at the scar under your eye" he pointed under his own left eye then pointed to her. She quickly covered her left eye, "Well stop looking" she said that with a loud whisper voice then turned her back to him. He was a little hurt but got the message and stopped talking, but not after whispering "Sorry" of course.

                                        That night Elizabeth had a nightmare

There was screaming blood, fire, darkness, and black feathers everywhere. Elizabeth tried to escape it but didn't know how to, she was amongst the wings flapping and feet aching, but she wondered how she got here and why she was running? she didn't know, all she knew is she had to keep running until this dream or nightmare was over. She looked around and saw some angels and demons fighting, yelling, and killing each other. She finally stopped and looked behind, Infront, and side to side. she then realized that she was in the middle of the angels and demon's war. She panicked until some angels and demons came to her and bowed before her, she was surprised until she realized she had black wings and then one angel spoke.

"Ma'am they won't stop fighting! we have gotten some on our side as you can see but the others tried to kill us, and... we lost Yaotzin" I automatically jumped and said, "You lost devil!?" I don't know where that came from but I didn't care because Yaotzin is another name for the devil so it must be a different Damien right? I got a little angry but realized I looked scary so I calmed down, "Find him and try not to die, we will win this war and then all your half-blood loved ones will live with you in peace." They all nodded then flew away while I stayed and tried to wonder what I'm supposed to do, "Maybe I should help?" I had a thought and then held my hand out straight and said, "Sword of the yin and yang!" then a black and white sword appeared in my hand. It had a small black handle with a long blade, the blade had swirls and spots of black and white mixing together ad it was glowing.

I smiled and looked at the sky, Whatever this place, or timeline, or whatever this is, I will not let it go to waste. I flew straight up as some feathers detach themselves from the wing linings, I looked around for someone, ANYONE needing help. Then I saw it...Someone fight a tall, short-haired, red-eyed demon, with blood-red wings and I had a feeling it was Yaotzin, my Damien, My devil. So, I lunged forward and did a high kick with my leg straight upright on the chin and looked at Yaotzin then smiled a bit. He laughs a bit after coughing up some blood "Guess you really do only smile when you're in battle huh?" I rolled my eyes and held my hand out pulling him off the ground of a flying building. "And do you only know how to joke around in the worst of times?" He laughed then coughed, holding his side and I put my arm around him and put one of his arms around the back of my neck, "Let's get you to safety" He smiles and a tear falls from his face, "I hope you and Damien make it out and end this war Elizabeth...because you and him are the 50th Elizabeth and devil rebirths, so make it count and thank you." Just then Someone shot an arrow through his chest, and he started to fall, I was in shock by what he said that I didn't see the arrow being shot at me before it hit my skull...Then everything went black. 

                                         Elizabeth's eyes shot open

I woke up in the cave on Damien's lap as he smiled down at me and I began to cry a bit.
