13. Marry Me

"Hi. Are you feeling better today?" Jared asked after Caroline got into his car. There was no time off work after Anthony passed away. After the funeral yesterday, Caroline had to return to work today. It was her choice, even though Jared had given her permission to take a few days off, at least until Caroline felt better.
