Deucalion was told he had a visitor. He came out of his room and saw Thurlow. "Thurlow what a pleasant surprise." He said and shook hands with him. "Please sit." He said and sat down on his king-sized chair.

"Thank you," Thurlow said and gently sat down. The servant came and served the drinks before leaving.

Deucalion poured the wine into the glasses and handed him one. "So tell me, to what do I owe this honour?" he asked.

"You are always about business." Deucalion said and took a sip from his cup before continuing. "How can I help you?"

"I'll go straight to the point then. I want you to sell one of your biggest estates to me. I have this newest construction I'm currently working on. I'll be needing the site. I'll add fifty per cent of the initial price to the payment."
